XYZ Racing Gravel Rally Coilovers — Ferrari F8 (without hydraulic lift system) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2020-2026

Putting a Ferrari F8 onto a loose gravel stage sounds absurd until you remember the Cavallino Rampante has form on dirt, and this is the damper that takes the twin-turbo V8 mid-engined car somewhere its factory magnetorheological suspension was never going to follow. The XYZ Racing Gravel Rally coilover for the FE11-C chassis is built around an inverted-tube body, long-stroke travel and the soft, long springs a rally car needs to actually load its tyres on a surface that pushes back unpredictably.

This is also the cancellation-kit variant: it electrically simulates the OEM damper signal so the F8’s chassis ECU stays happy after the original electronically controlled units are removed. No fault codes, no limp mode, no dashboard tantrums on a recce loop.

What this coilover does for your 2020-2026 Ferrari F8

A standard F8 lives and dies by its short, taut wheel travel and stiff body control. That works on a Vallelunga billiard table and ruins you on a Pirelli-spec gravel section. The Gravel Rally damper inverts that brief: long stroke lets the wheel chase the surface across high-frequency bounce, while the long, softer spring keeps the contact patch loaded under the F8’s rear-biased weight distribution as the car pitches over crests and into compressions. You feel it as grip where there was none before – the rear no longer skips sideways on washboard, and the nose stops pattering across loose stones mid-corner. Combined with the cancellation kit defeating the OEM electronic damping circuit, the chassis behaves like a coherent rally car rather than a confused supercar tripping over its own software.

About the Gravel Rally coilover

The Gravel Rally is engineered specifically for rally and rallycross competition, where the surface – sandstone, snow, silt, loose shale – is the variable that breaks lesser dampers. The inverted-tube construction puts the larger-diameter outer body at the wheel end, increasing the bending stiffness where side loads are highest as a kerb or rut tries to deflect the strut. Long shock stroke paired with long springs is the structural answer to two competing demands: absorb high-speed bouncy-road inputs without bottoming, and bear extreme G-force loadings when the car is turned hard on a loose surface. Every spring rate in the range is tested and validated by working rally teams, so what you fit is what someone has already run in anger on a stage.

Fitment for the Ferrari F8 (2020-2026)

Built for the FE11-C chassis Ferrari F8, 2020 through 2026, in the variant without the factory hydraulic nose-lift system. This SKU includes the electronic damping cancellation kit, which is required when removing the OEM adaptive dampers – it spoofs the signal back to the chassis controller so no warning lights or default-mode behaviour appear on the dashboard.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. In all racing events, road condition of Rally Cross is the most aggressive one. Hence, it means that the shock absorber is the most important utensil during the Rally gravel competition. We develop inverted tube design to meet each different road condition as sandstone, snow or silt. Long stroke and long spring which enable to absorb chassis vibration, aggressively attack from high speed bouncy road and bear extremely G-force when turning. All spring rate setting are tested by Rally Racing team.

Top mounts included with your kit
