Manufacturer’s Warranty

XYZ Racing

XYZ Racing coilover suspension systems carry a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, as provided by Cool Bear Co. Ltd (Taiwan). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. A warranty card is included with each XYZ Racing product.

XYZ Racing big brake kits: the standard Hollow caliper (dust-cover equipped) carries a 5-year limited warranty; the track-focused Hollow Racing caliper carries a 2-year warranty. Discs, pads and other friction components are consumables and subject to normal wear.

K-Sport / D2 Racing Sport / Air Force Suspension

Warranty terms for K-Sport, D2 Racing Sport, and Air Force Suspension products are provided by the respective manufacturer. Full warranty details for these brands will be published here as each brand’s product range is added to the site.

Cool Bear UK Dealer Warranty Statement

As an authorised UK dealer, Input IT Ltd (trading as Cool Bear UK) handles all warranty claims on your behalf. You do not need to contact Cool Bear Taiwan directly.

  • Postage-in: the customer is responsible for return postage when sending goods to us for warranty inspection.
  • Postage-out: where a warranty claim is accepted as valid, we will cover return postage to you.
  • Turnaround: typical warranty claim processing takes 4 to 8 weeks, as parts may need to be sent to Taiwan for inspection and/or replacement. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

What Voids the Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:

  • Modification: any alteration, disassembly, or modification to the product beyond the original specification
  • Improper installation: installation not carried out by a competent mechanic or workshop
  • Accident or impact damage: damage resulting from collisions, road debris, or other external impacts
  • Normal wear and tear: consumable components such as bump stops, dust boots, and bearings are subject to normal wear
  • Race use on wheels: XYZ Racing forged wheels used in competitive motorsport events are not covered under warranty (coilover and brake warranty is not affected by track use unless damage results from an incident)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number or invoice reference
    • A description of the fault or issue
    • Photographs and/or video showing the problem
  2. We will review your claim and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number if the claim appears valid.
  3. Ship the product to our address (provided with the RMA) at your cost.
  4. We inspect the goods and, if the claim is accepted, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at the manufacturer’s discretion.
  5. Repaired or replacement goods are returned to you at our cost.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For faulty goods within the first 30 days of delivery, please see our Returns Policy.
