XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Dodge STEALTH 4WD 1992-1999

The Dodge Stealth 4WD carries a viscous-coupling all-wheel-drive system and a twin-turbo V6 sitting well forward of the front axle – a chassis built for stability, not rotation. XYZ Racing’s Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover exists to work against that instinct, giving the Stealth 4WD’s suspension geometry enough control to hold a slide angle instead of pushing wide through a turn.

Built for competitive drifting rather than fast-road use, this kit lowers the ride height and firms up the platform so the Stealth 4WD’s considerable kerb weight stays predictable through transition, rather than working against the driver mid-slide.

What this coilover does for your 1992-1999 Dodge Stealth 4WD

Lowering the Stealth 4WD’s ride height with the correct bump stroke settles the body during fast direction changes, which matters on a car carrying AWD hardware and a front-mounted twin-turbo six that naturally wants to push wide under lateral load. Three external adjustment knobs let you separate compression and rebound control from ride height, so you can hold a consistent drift angle without the body pitching and unsettling the rear end mid-slide. Expect a firmer, more planted stance on turn-in and a chassis that transitions on your input rather than the suspension’s own momentum, which is exactly what this heavier AWD platform needs to be thrown around with confidence.

About the Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover

XYZ Racing built the Pro Racing Drift Spec line around drift-discipline demands rather than general track or street use. The damper’s job is controlling body movement through fast, high-angle direction changes, holding the chassis steady enough that the driver can commit to and hold a slide rather than fight it back straight. Ride height comes down as standard, and getting the bump stroke set correctly is what unlocks the drift control this kit is built for. Adjustment runs through three external knobs, each metered through a small internal oil passage rather than a wide-open circuit – a deliberate choice that sharpens low-speed damping response for slide control, though it does mean a faint noise from the damper is possible when the car crosses a sharp bump on a circuit surface. That’s the oil working through the restriction as designed, not a fault, and it’s the trade-off made for circuit-track behaviour rather than broken road surfaces.

Fitment for the Dodge STEALTH 4WD (1992-1999)

This kit is built to the Dodge Stealth 4WD’s chassis code DO05, covering the 1992 to 1999 model years. Confirm your Stealth is the 4WD twin-turbo variant rather than the front-drive base car before ordering, since the two platforms carry different suspension geometry and mounting points.

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

  • Hardened rubber top mountHardened rubberRHardened rubber upper — firmer than the factory bush for tighter response while retaining road-friendly noise and vibration isolation.

Rear

  • Aluminium top mountAluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
