XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — Dodge STEALTH 4WD 1992-1999

The Stealth 4WD’s biggest handling problem was never a secret: a longitudinal twin-turbo V6 sitting ahead of the front axle, driving all four corners through a transfer case and viscous centre diff, adds mass exactly where a chassis least wants it. Factory-spec dampers from 1992 were never built to control that nose-heavy load transfer once you start using the car the way its drivetrain suggests you should – hard on the brakes into a corner, hard on the throttle out of it.

XYZ Racing’s Circuit Master coilover is built for exactly that kind of sustained circuit lap-time work, not a one-off fast road blast. It replaces the factory struts front and rear with a coilover assembly designed to hold its damping characteristics through repeated heat cycles on track, which is where the Stealth’s extra 100+ kg over a lighter AWD rival actually shows up as brake fade and wandering turn-in.

What this coilover does for your 1992-1999 Dodge Stealth 4WD

With height and damping adjustment built into the Circuit Master, you can drop the Stealth 4WD’s centre of gravity and correct some of the nose-down weight bias that the factory ride height was never set up to manage. Stiffer, more controllable compression damping keeps the front end from diving under trail braking, which matters more on this car than on a front-drive equivalent because the front axle is doing double duty – steering and driving. On the rear, tighter rebound control cuts down the squat that the transfer case’s rear-biased torque split can otherwise induce on corner exit, so the diff transfers power to the tarmac instead of into extra body movement. The net result on a car this heavy is a chassis that changes direction with less lag between input and response, and brakes that feel more consistent as track temperatures climb through a session.

About the Circuit Master coilover

The Circuit Master is XYZ Racing’s circuit-focused platform, built to the same damper architecture the brand runs in Racing Spec and Tarmac Rally applications and validated through XYZ’s own racing teams across multiple international circuits. Each damper carries three external adjustment knobs feeding into a claimed 9,720 combinations of compression and rebound settings, giving you enough range to move from a soft, compliant setup for a bumpy circuit to a locked-down setup for a smooth one without swapping hardware. The trade-off of that fine-grained adjustability is a small-diameter oil passage design; on rough sections you may hear a faint noise from the damper as oil moves through it, which is a normal by-product of the valving and not a fault. That valving is tuned around circuit use rather than daily-driver compliance, so the assembly is built to take repeated hard sessions rather than a handful of B-road miles a year.

Fitment for the Dodge Stealth 4WD (1992-1999)

This kit is specified for the Dodge Stealth 4WD, chassis code DO05, covering the 1992 to 1999 production run. It is built specifically around the AWD car’s front and rear geometry and mounting points rather than adapted from the front-drive Stealth, so confirm your Stealth is the 4WD variant before ordering.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
