XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Porsche 991 GT3 (without hydraulic lift system) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2013-2019

The 991 GT3 carries roughly two-thirds of its mass behind the rear axle line, and its factory PASM dampers are sealed electronic units with no mechanical adjustment. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover for the Porsche 991 GT3 replaces that system outright – this is the cancellation-kit variant for cars without the hydraulic front lift, deleting the electronic damping and handing damper control back to you.

It is a long-travel, high-fluid-volume design drawn from rally and rallycross work, then specified here for sustained circuit running. On a rear-engined car that loads its outside rear hard on corner exit, the extra usable travel and thermal headroom matter more than they would on a lighter, more neutral chassis.

What this coilover does for your 2013-2019 Porsche 991 GT3

Cancelling the PASM dampers removes Porsche’s locked-in blended map and replaces it with three separate adjustment knobs, so you set the car to the 991 GT3’s tail-led balance yourself. The increased oil and nitrogen volume keeps damping consistent through a full session – this chassis generates real heat in the dampers, and the extra fluid resists the fade you feel once shock oil overheats late in a stint. Longer travel front and rear gives a bigger buffer over kerbs and crests, keeping the rear planted where a short-travel setup would skip. The result is cleaner turn-in on entry and a rear axle that holds its line under power on the way out.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

The Pro Racing Gravel/Snow sits at the top of the XYZ Racing range and began as a rally and rallycross damper before being adapted for circuit use. Its defining trait is volume: more suspension oil and more nitrogen gas than a conventional coilover, which is what lets it shrug off the heat build-up that otherwise exhausts shock oil over long, hard running. The longer stroke front and rear creates a larger buffer that keeps the car stable when the surface turns rough. Adjustment runs through three separate knobs, each feeding a small-bore oil passage. That small-passage design has one quirk worth knowing: over large bumps the oil forced through the restriction can produce a faint noise. It is normal, not a fault, and on a circuit surface it rarely shows up.

Fitment for the Porsche 991 GT3 (2013-2019)

This kit is cut for the 991 GT3, chassis code PO17-C, across the 2013-2019 production run. It is the specification for cars without the hydraulic front-axle lift system, and it includes the cancellation kit needed to retire the factory electronic damping. Confirm your car runs PASM electronic dampers and is not fitted with front lift before ordering.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
