The first is the amateur specification, designed to bolt directly to the original chassis pickups – the right pick for a road-registered Portofino being campaigned in club-level events without permanent modification. The second is the professional specification, designed to be installed after the car body has been modified, with revised mounting points and the damper geometry that proper top-flight rally competition demands. Both share the same construction language: serviceable, re-buildable, externally adjustable, and intended to be opened up between events rather than thrown away. Gravel and snow variants are part of the same family, with damping curves tuned to the surface and the spring rates chosen accordingly.
