XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Toyota GR YARIS GXPA16 4WD 2020-2024

The GXPA16’s GR-FOUR system can shift up to 100% of drive to the rear axle in Track mode, and that single fact is what separates the GR Yaris from every other short-wheelbase hatch chasing a slide angle. Most all-wheel-drive cars fight you the moment the rear steps out; this one is built to let it happen on command. XYZ Racing’s Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover is designed around that behaviour, giving the GXPA16 the ride height and damping control needed to hold a controlled angle rather than snap through it.

Where a road-biased coilover would soften the transition and blur the car’s feedback, this kit is built for the opposite: a chassis that tells you exactly where the rear axle is at all times, and lets you keep it there through repeated entries.

What this coilover does for your 2020-2024 Toyota GR Yaris GXPA16 4WD

Dropping ride height on the GXPA16 changes how weight transfers front to rear during a fast turn-in, and that shift is central to how this kit stabilises the body through high-speed corners so the car settles into a clean, repeatable angle instead of pitching or wandering. The three external adjustment knobs let you separate compression and rebound behaviour axle by axle, which matters on a car whose rear-biased torque split needs different support front and rear once the throttle goes down mid-corner. Because the GR Yaris’s short wheelbase makes it quick to rotate, precise low-speed damping control is what stops that rotation from turning into an over-rotation. The result on track is a GXPA16 that holds its line through the transition rather than requiring constant correction.

About the Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover

This coilover is built specifically for drift use rather than adapted from a road or circuit-lapping design. Its geometry and damping are set up to stabilise the car’s body during fast, high-slip-angle turns so the driver can hold a precise angle rather than fight one that’s drifting on its own terms. Lowering ride height in combination with the correct bump stroke is what sharpens that control further, giving the GXPA16 a more direct connection between steering input and rear-end response. The three external adjustment knobs use a small-oil-hole metering design for fine-grained tuning; over harsh bumps this can produce a faint noise as oil passes through the restricted passage, which is expected behaviour rather than a fault. The kit is built for circuit-track conditions, where sustained slip control matters more than absorbing rough surfaces.

Fitment for the Toyota GR Yaris GXPA16 4WD (2020-2024)

This kit is built to the GXPA16 chassis code for the 4WD Toyota GR Yaris across the 2020-2024 model years, matching the GR-FOUR drivetrain layout specific to this generation. Confirm your build year falls within this range before ordering, as GXPA16 running gear was not carried over unchanged across every market variant.

Spec your GXPA16’s Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover to the angle and stance you’re chasing – configure yours below.

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
