XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Porsche 991 GT2/ RS (without hydraulic lift system) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2017-2026

The 991 GT2 RS puts roughly 700PS through the rear axle of a rear-engined chassis, and that weight bias is the whole conversation: how much grip you can hold at the back on corner exit, and how settled the nose stays when the front goes light. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover for the Porsche 991 GT2 RS attacks that with longer-travel dampers and a far larger oil and gas reserve than the factory PASM hardware it replaces.

This is the cancellation-kit variant, built to delete the car’s electronic damping and hand control back to mechanical adjustment. Fitted to the 991 chassis (PO18-C) without the hydraulic lift system, it swaps adaptive electronics for three-way manual tuning you set by hand – the configuration serious circuit and loose-surface work actually wants.

What this coilover does for your 2017-2026 Porsche 991 GT2/ RS

On track, the payoff is consistency. The enlarged oil volume and added nitrogen charge keep damping behaviour stable as fluid temperature climbs across a long stint, so the GT2 RS does not turn soft and vague after twenty hard minutes the way a heat-soaked damper will. Longer travel front and rear gives the chassis a bigger buffer to absorb kerbs and surface changes, which matters when 700PS is trying to overwhelm the rear contact patch on exit. The three independent adjustment knobs let you separate bump, rebound and ride height, so you can free the front for turn-in bite while holding the rear firm for traction. The result is a 991 GT2 RS that telegraphs what each axle is doing and stays predictable when you lean on it.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

The Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover sits at the top of XYZ Racing’s range, drawn from rally and rallycross dampers and built for sustained competition use. Its defining trait is capacity: the body holds a greater volume of damper oil and nitrogen gas than a road-biased unit, which is what keeps shaft control stable and resists the fade that arrives when oil overheats and gives up after long, repeated runs. The longer stroke front and rear creates a larger buffer, letting the suspension stay composed over big inputs rather than crashing into its limits. Adjustment runs through three separate knobs, giving independent control over the damping curve and ride height. One characteristic to expect: because those circuits use a small-bore oil passage, driving over large bumps can produce a faint hydraulic noise as fluid moves through – this is normal behaviour, not a fault, and simply the by-product of a damper engineered for hard track surfaces.

Fitment for the Porsche 991 GT2/ RS (without hydraulic lift system) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) (2017-2026)

This kit is cut for the 991-generation Porsche 911 GT2 RS (chassis PO18-C), covering the 2017 to 2026 model span. It is the specification for cars without the hydraulic front-axle lift system, and it includes the cancellation kit that disables the factory electronic damping so the manual coilover runs without throwing fault codes. Confirm your car is the non-lift, PASM-equipped variant before ordering.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
