XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Porsche 992 CARRERA-4/S (with hydraulic lift, excl.control system) 2019-2026

Loose-surface work in a rear-engined 911 punishes any damper that runs short on travel, and the 992 Carrera 4/S – heavier and wider than the 991 before it, with its mass slung behind the rear axle – loads its dampers hard the instant a stage surface turns to gravel or packed snow. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover is the long-travel answer: a rally and rallycross-bred kit that keeps the car settled when the road stops being a road.

This is not a fast-road lowering kit. It is built for gravel, snow and rough-stage use, where wheel travel and oil capacity matter more than ride height, and where the front-axle hydraulic lift on these Carrera 4/S cars has to be worked around rather than wired in.

What this coilover does for your 2019-2026 Porsche 992 Carrera-4/S

The extra front and rear travel gives you a bigger buffer over crests, ruts and compressions, so the 992 stays planted instead of skating across the surface when it unloads. Because the all-wheel-drive Carrera 4/S puts power down through both axles, that consistent contact translates directly into traction off slow corners and over broken ground. The enlarged oil and nitrogen volume holds damping force steady through a long stage, where a smaller-bodied shock would fade as the oil heats. The three-way adjustment lets you set bump and rebound for the grip level under you, from dry gravel to fresh snow. Expect a faint hiss as oil passes the small bleed passages over big hits – that is the valving working, not a fault.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

This damper is designed first for rally racing and rallycross, with markedly longer travel front and rear to increase the buffer distance that keeps the car stable over rough terrain. The headline of the design is capacity: a larger reservoir of suspension oil and nitrogen gas raises shock stability and stops the oil temperature climbing to the point of fade after sustained hard use. Adjustment runs through three knobs, each feeding a small-orifice oil passage; on a big bump the fluid forces through those narrow passages, which can produce a small audible note. That is normal behaviour for this construction. The longer-travel platform is happy on circuit surfaces too, where stage-grade bump absorption is simply spare headroom.

Fitment for the Porsche 992 Carrera-4/S (2019-2026)

This kit is specified for the Porsche 992 Carrera 4/S, chassis code PO26, across the 2019-2026 build span. It suits cars fitted with the front-axle hydraulic lift system but does not include the electronic control unit for it. Confirm your exact variant against the configurator before ordering.

Set your damping and spec for the surface you run, then configure yours below.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
