XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Porsche 992 CARRERA-2/S CABRIOLET (without hydraulic lift system) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2019-2026

Hang the engine behind the rear axle, drop the roof, and you have a 911 that rewards smoothness on a loose surface and punishes a clumsy mid-corner correction. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover for the Porsche 992 Carrera-2/S Cabriolet is built for exactly that environment – gravel, snow and rallycross, where wheel travel and damper survival matter more than the last millimetre of ride height.

This is the long-travel end of the range. Where a tarmac kit chases body control, the Gravel/Snow set gives the 992 the suspension stroke to soak up ruts and jumps while keeping the rear planted under power. It is configured for the Carrera-2/S Cabriolet without the hydraulic lift system, and includes the cancellation kit so the car’s electronic damping control accepts the swap without throwing a fault.

What this coilover does for your 2019-2026 Porsche 992 Carrera-2/S Cabriolet

Fit it and the first thing you notice on a stage is composure over bad ground. The extended travel front and rear gives the 992 a bigger buffer before the suspension runs out of stroke, so the Carrera-2 stays settled where a shorter shock would crash into its bump stops. Three separate adjustment knobs let you set compression and rebound to suit the surface – softer and more compliant for deep gravel, tighter for hard-packed snow or a smoother rallycross circuit. The larger oil and nitrogen volume inside each damper means the fluid resists heat build-up, so the car feels the same at the end of a long run as it did at the start. For a rear-engined Cabriolet that loads its outside-rear hard, that consistency is what keeps the back axle predictable.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

The Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover sits at the rally end of XYZ Racing’s range, designed first for rally and rallycross use rather than smooth tarmac. The defining feature is travel: both front and rear dampers run a longer stroke than the road and circuit kits, which extends the buffer distance and keeps the car stable when a wheel drops into a rut or lands off a crest. Inside, XYZ has increased the volume of both suspension oil and nitrogen gas. That larger reserve of fluid and gas resists the heat that builds during long stage use, where a smaller damper would eventually cook its oil and fade. Adjustment runs through three separate knobs, and the compression circuits use a small oil-hole design – on big hits the oil is forced through a narrow passage, which can produce a faint noise. That is normal and a by-product of the valving, not a fault.

Fitment for the Porsche 992 Carrera-2/S Cabriolet (2019-2026)

This kit is built for the Porsche 992 Carrera-2/S Cabriolet, chassis code PO20-C, covering the 2019 to 2026 model years. It is the specification for cars without the hydraulic front-axle lift system, and it includes the cancellation kit required for the 992’s electronic damping so no dash warning appears once the original adaptive dampers are removed.

Set your compression, rebound and ride height for the surface you run most – configure your Porsche 992 Carrera-2/S Cabriolet kit below.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
