XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — Porsche 991 CARRERA-2/S/TURBO (without hydraulic lift system) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2011-2019

The 991 Carrera’s rear-biased weight distribution – the fundamental characteristic of every 911 – is what gives the car its corner-exit adjustability and braking stability. Porsche’s PASM electronic damping manages that behaviour competently on road: continuously variable, adaptive, keeping the car compliant over broken surfaces while reining in the chassis under load. For sustained circuit work, PASM is a constraint – its variable response undermines consistency across a full session, and its presence in the 991’s electronics prevents a clean swap to fixed-rate coilovers without dashboard warnings.

Sitting at the top of XYZ Racing’s coilover range, the Circuit Master is built for track use without concession to road comfort. This kit covers 991 Carrera-2, Carrera-S, and Turbo variants produced from 2011 to 2019 – specifically those without the factory front-axle Hydraulic Lift System – and includes the electronic cancellation hardware required to replace PASM without error codes or degraded ECU behaviour.

What this coilover does for your 2011-2019 Porsche 991 CARRERA-2/S/TURBO

Fitting coilovers to a PASM-equipped 991 without proper cancellation circuitry means warning lights and the stability systems operating in a degraded state: the electronics expect to read damper resistance it can interpret, and without the cancellation harness, it cannot. With this kit, the 991 runs as intended while the Circuit Master handles the actual damping work. Ride height is set to the track rather than Porsche’s road-biased compromise; spring rates are chosen to suit the car’s rear-biased balance rather than adapted electronically. The 991’s tendency to rotate at the rear under trail-braking becomes a tunable characteristic rather than something to manage around – a meaningful difference when the damper response is fixed, readable, and set by the driver.

About the Circuit Master coilover

The Circuit Master is XYZ Racing’s competition coilover design, developed alongside the brand’s Racing Spec, Drift Spec, and Tarmac Rally variants and validated through XYZ Racing teams on international circuits. Three independent adjustment knobs, operating through a small-oil-hole internal architecture, produce 9,720 distinct damper settings across the range – enough to address both the gentle surface variations of smooth circuits and the hard-kerbing demands of technical tracks. The small-passage oil design can generate minor noise when the damper encounters a large-amplitude input; on a circuit surface, that is the construction working as intended. There is no road NVH engineering in the Circuit Master’s specification – it is built to handle competition surfaces and absorb kerbing, not to soften a daily commute.

Fitment for the Porsche 991 Carrera-2/S/Turbo (2011-2019)

This kit is built to chassis code PO31-C, covering Porsche 991 Carrera-2, Carrera-S, and Turbo production from 2011 to 2019. It is specified for cars that do not carry the factory front-axle hydraulic lift option. The electronic damping cancellation harness is supplied in the kit and must be fitted alongside the coilovers in any 991 originally equipped with PASM.

This is the best design, on the competitive version such as Racing Spec, Drift Spec, Tarmac Rally. This is the ultimate boutique for racing in many international athletics tracks, and test for a long time. This is for purchase handling high performance and the essential partner in different racing. Circuit Master Damper is tested through XYZ racing teams all over the world. 9720 ways of different adjustments can meet all customers’ needs and win the 1st place in every race.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

Top mounts included with your kit

Every XYZ Racing coilover kit ships with the upper mounts listed below for your exact chassis — no extra parts to source.

  • Pillow ball top mountPillow ballPSolid pillow-ball (spherical bearing) upper — chosen for rigidity and precise camber adjustment, the sharpest steering response of the options.
  • Aluminium top mountAluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
