XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — Mercedes-Benz C CLASS W204 4 CYL (Modified Rear Integrated) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2007-2014

The four-cylinder W204 C-Class left the factory with a rear axle wired for electronic damping control, and that’s exactly what this Circuit Master kit is built to remove from the equation. The cancellation kit strips out the OEM damper-control signal so the car reads clean once XYZ’s own manual damping takes over, rather than fighting a factory ECU that no longer has hardware to talk to.

For sustained circuit lap-time work, that matters. A C-Class chassis running session after session on a lap-time day needs damping that holds its setting under repeated heat cycling, not a comfort-tuned system hunting for a ride mode. This is the Circuit Master built for exactly that brief.

What this coilover does for your 2007-2014 Mercedes Benz C CLASS W204

Once the electronic damping signal is cancelled and the Circuit Master is set, the rear axle stops second-guessing itself lap to lap – the damping rate you dial in is the damping rate you get, corner after corner. The 9720-way adjustment range means you can find a genuinely fine setting for this chassis rather than picking between two or three coarse steps: soften off a touch for a bumpy circuit’s kerbs, firm up for a smoother track where you want less pitch under braking into the heavier W204 nose. Ride height comes down with the kit as standard, which lowers the C-Class’s centre of gravity and tightens body control through direction changes on a car that, in factory four-cylinder trim, was never set up to carry corner speed. The result on a modified-rear-integrated W204 is a rear end that stays planted and communicates what it’s doing, instead of the vague, damped-down feel the factory electronic system was tuned to deliver.

About the Circuit Master coilover

Circuit Master sits at the top of XYZ Racing’s range, developed and run by XYZ’s own racing teams across circuits worldwide rather than built as a showroom upgrade. Each damper carries three separate adjustment knobs, and between them the kit offers 9720 distinct damping combinations – enough range to move from a fast-road setting to a dedicated trackday tune without swapping hardware. The valving uses a small-oil-hole design through the piston, which is deliberately tight tolerance: over kerbs and sustained circuit surfaces it can produce a faint oil-passage noise at low speed, and that’s a characteristic of the design rather than a fault – the same tight tolerancing is what gives the adjustment range its precision. It’s a kit engineered specifically around circuit-surface use rather than everyday comfort, which is why the electronic-damping cancellation kit exists for this specific W204 fitment – the coilover is doing the damping job on its own terms.

Fitment for the Mercedes Benz C CLASS W204 (2007-2014)

This kit is built for the four-cylinder W204 C-Class, chassis code ME05-1-C, covering the 2007 to 2014 model years, and is specified for the Modified Rr Integrated rear configuration paired with the electronic-damping cancellation kit. Confirm your car carries the factory electronic damping option before ordering, since that’s what this particular cancellation-kit variant is built to replace.
