XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Lexus NX (AZ20) 2/4WD 2021-2026

The second-generation Lexus NX (AZ20) was never drawn as a sideways machine. It rides tall on Toyota’s TNGA-K architecture, carries its mass high over the front axle, and leaves the factory with soft, comfort-biased damping that lets the body lean and pitch long before the tyres give up. For competition drift use, that pliancy is the first thing to go. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover is built to take this crossover platform somewhere its designers never intended and keep the chassis flat and predictable while doing it.

This is a purpose-specific drift kit, not a fast-road compromise. Its job is to stabilise the body through high-speed corner entry so you can set an angle and hold it, then transition cleanly without the NX’s tall structure loading up and washing wide. On the AZ20’s 2WD and AWD versions alike, that body control is what turns a heavy SUV chassis into something you can actually steer on the throttle.

What these coilovers do for your 2021-2026 Lexus NX (AZ20) 2/4WD

Drop the ride height with the correct bump stroke retained and the difference in how the NX changes direction is immediate: less roll on turn-in, far less weight pitching fore and aft, and a rear axle that stays settled when you provoke it. The three adjustment knobs let you tune damping front and rear to the surface and to your entry speed, so you can firm the platform up for fast, committed angles or back it off for slower technical sections. Lower the centre of gravity on a 2021-2026 Lexus NX and the whole car feels less top-heavy through quick changes of direction, which is exactly what a competition crossover needs before grip ever becomes the limit.

About the Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover

XYZ Racing engineered the Pro Racing Drift Spec specifically around drift racing rather than adapting a road kit to suit. The damper internals use a small oil-passage design behind the three adjustment knobs, which is what gives the precise control over body movement during high-speed turning. One honest note that comes straight from how the kit is built: driving over large bumps can push oil through that small passage and produce a faint noise. That is normal behaviour for this design, not a fault. The kit is set up for the smooth, predictable surfaces of circuit tracks, where it is meant to run, so surface imperfections that would bother a road damper are a non-issue here. The focus throughout is stability mid-corner and a body that does what your inputs ask.

Fitment for the Lexus NX (AZ20) 2/4WD (2021-2026)

This kit is matched to the AZ20-generation Lexus NX across the 2021 to 2026 model years, covering both 2WD and 4WD variants of the platform. Confirm your chassis code reads AZ20 and select your drivetrain when configuring, so the spec lines up with your exact car.

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
