XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — BMW 7 SERIES G11/G12 2015-2022

The G11/G12 7 Series is a 2-tonne luxury saloon with air-sprung pretensions, and turning one into a credible circuit car is a specific problem: long wheelbase, soft factory damping calibrated for executive isolation, and a heavy nose that doesn’t want to change direction under load. The Circuit Master is the spec in the XYZ Racing range built for that problem – sustained lap-time work, not a fast-road compromise.

For owners running a G11 or G12 in trackday trim – whether that’s a 730d converted to a high-speed cruiser-turned-track-tool, or a 750i / M760Li being driven well outside its design brief – this is the coilover engineered to keep the chassis composed when a softer kit would have given up two laps in.

What this coilover does for your 2015-2022 Bmw 7 Series G11/G12

Replacing the factory air suspension with a properly valved coilover transforms how the G11/G12 loads its front axle. Body roll drops, mid-corner attitude becomes something you steer with rather than wait out, and the long wheelbase finally translates into stability instead of inertia. The Circuit Master’s 9720 adjustment combinations – three separate knobs governing high-speed bump, low-speed bump, and rebound – let you build a damper map that holds the nose flat through fast direction changes and keeps the rear planted under power. Pitch under braking is brought under control, which matters on a car this heavy when you’re hauling it down from three-figure speeds into a hairpin. Ride height drops to a sensible competition stance without binding the suspension geometry on a chassis that was never designed to sit on coils.

About the Circuit Master coilover

The Circuit Master is XYZ Racing’s circuit-development spec, shared in design language with their Racing Spec, Drift Spec and Tarmac Rally dampers. The headline is the three-knob adjustment system: 9720 combinations across high-speed compression, low-speed compression and rebound, allowing the damper curve to be shaped to a specific track surface and driving style rather than collapsed onto a single click count. Development was done with XYZ racing teams on international circuits, with long-cycle endurance testing in mind. One characteristic of the design – and XYZ are open about this – is that the three-knob valving uses small oil passages, so over sharp road bumps you may hear a faint hydraulic note as oil moves through the smaller adjustment circuit. On a track surface, where the kit is intended to live, there are no bumps sharp enough to provoke it. This is a circuit damper first; the noise on the road is the trade-off for the resolution on the track.

Fitment for the Bmw 7 Series G11/G12 (2015-2022)

This kit is built specifically for the G11 short-wheelbase and G12 long-wheelbase 7 Series chassis, covering the 2015 to 2022 production run under the BM124 application code. The kit replaces the factory air suspension hardware front and rear; confirm your car’s existing suspension configuration before ordering as the G11/G12 range was offered with both air and conventional setups across trim variants.

This is for purchase handling high performance and the essential partner in different racing. Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
