Each damper carries three external adjustment knobs, and the internal oil routes through a deliberately small passage at each knob – that’s a design choice for fine control, not a manufacturing compromise. It does mean you may hear a faint noise from the oil moving through that passage when the car crosses a sharp bump; that’s expected behaviour on this kit rather than a fault. It’s a trade-off XYZ Racing has made deliberately, because this product is built for circuit and drift-track surfaces rather than for absorbing broken road surfaces, and the tracks it’s aimed at don’t throw up that kind of bump in the first place.
