XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Porsche 992 CARRERA-4/S CABRIOLET (with hydraulic lift, excl.control system) 2019-2026

The 992-generation 911 carries its flat-six behind the rear axle and sends drive to all four corners in Carrera 4 trim, which buys it traction most cars never find – until the surface turns to gravel, ruts or packed snow and the factory damping simply runs out of travel. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover answers that with a long-travel rally damper built for the Porsche 992 Carrera-4/S Cabriolet, holding the car level when the road stops behaving.

This is the loose-surface specialist in the range, not a circuit kit asked to cope with bigger bumps. Longer stroke front and rear, a larger fluid and gas charge, and three-way adjustment let it absorb stage punishment that the open-top 992 chassis would otherwise pass straight to your hands.

What this coilover does for your 2019-2026 Porsche 992 Carrera-4/S Cabriolet

The extra suspension travel keeps all four tyres loaded over crests and compressions where a shorter damper would top out and skip. That matters more on the Cabriolet than the Coupe: with the roof gone, the shell flexes more, so controlled wheel movement does the work the bodyshell can no longer do. The enlarged oil and nitrogen volume resists heat build-up on long stages, so the rear axle keeps biting late into a run rather than going vague. Three separate adjusters let you soften for deep snow or firm up for hard-packed gravel without touching ride height.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

This damper is engineered for rally and rallycross use, where the priority is travel and stability rather than the low, flat stance of a tarmac kit. The longer stroke creates a bigger buffer zone at both axles, keeping the Porsche 992 settled through the moments a stiffer setup would unload a wheel. A deliberately increased reservoir of suspension oil and nitrogen gas extends the working life of the shock and stops fluid temperatures climbing to the point of fade after sustained hard use. Damping is managed through three adjustment knobs, each metering oil via a small-passage design. Over large impacts that fluid is forced through a fine port, which can produce a faint noise – this is normal behaviour for the valving, not a fault.

Fitment for the Porsche 992 Carrera-4/S Cabriolet (2019-2026)

Built for the PO27 chassis 992 Carrera 4 and Carrera 4S Cabriolet across the 2019-2026 model span. This kit suits cars fitted with the factory front-axle hydraulic lift; the coilover hardware itself does not include or control that lift system. Confirm your exact variant before ordering.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
