XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Nissan SENTRA B14 1995-1999

Loose surfaces punish a suspension setup the moment grip turns intermittent, and the B14 Sentra – light, front-driven and quick to pivot off the throttle – rewards a damper that keeps its wheels loaded when the road stops behaving like a road. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover for the Nissan Sentra B14 is built for that job: rally and rallycross use on gravel, dirt and snow, where travel and heat capacity count for far more than how low the car sits.

This is not a tarmac kit dropped a few millimetres. It runs a longer stroke front and rear and a bigger reservoir of damper oil and nitrogen than a fast-road coilover, so the SR20DE-era Sentra can ride out ruts, crests and stage debris without the shocks going off the boil partway through a run. Three adjustment knobs let you set the car up for the surface in front of you rather than a single compromise.

What these coilovers do for your 1995-1999 Nissan Sentra B14

The first thing you notice on a rough stage is composure. The extended travel gives the front struts a larger buffer before they run out of stroke, so the B14’s light nose stops crashing through to the bump stops over big hits and the contact patch stays settled. The larger oil and gas volume keeps damping consistent as the fluid heats up across a long run, which matters on a chassis this light, where an overworked rear shock will have the back end skating wide. Three-way adjustment means you can soften things off for deep snow or firm the car up for hard-packed gravel, and the FWD layout puts that recovered traction straight through the driven front axle.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

This damper is aimed squarely at rally and rallycross rather than circuit work. The headline is travel: both ends gain stroke over a tarmac kit, widening the buffer distance that keeps the car stable when a wheel drops into a hole or skips over a crest. To support that, XYZ Racing increased the volume of shock oil and nitrogen gas inside the body, which holds damping force steady and stops the oil overheating and fading after sustained hard use. The unit carries three separate adjustment knobs for tuning the damper to surface and pace. One quirk worth knowing: because the design routes oil through a small passage, hitting a large bump can produce a faint noise as the fluid moves. That is normal behaviour for this construction, not a fault, and it is part of what lets the coilover shrug off rough ground.

Fitment for the Nissan Sentra B14 (1995-1999)

This kit is built for the B14-chassis Nissan Sentra across the 1995 to 1999 model years. It is a direct-fit coilover for that platform; confirm your chassis code reads B14 before ordering so the strut lengths and mounting match your car.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

  • Hardened rubber top mountHardened rubberRHardened rubber upper — firmer than the factory bush for tighter response while retaining road-friendly noise and vibration isolation.

Rear

  • Aluminium top mountAluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
