XYZ Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Porsche MACAN 4WD (95B) (W/PASM) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2014-2026

The Macan 95B carries its weight high and sends drive to all four corners as standard, which makes it an unlikely but increasingly common platform for competitive drifting – the extra mass and AWD torque split demand a suspension setup that can still break traction predictably and hold an angle. XYZ Racing’s Drift Spec coilover for the Porsche Macan 4WD (95B) (W/PASM) is built around that brief: stabilising the body through the transition rather than fighting it, so the car settles into a slide instead of pitching and rolling out of one.

Because the 95B ships with PASM adaptive damping from the factory, this kit includes the cancellation kit needed to take the OEM electronic damper control out of the loop – a requirement for running a manually adjustable set on a car that otherwise expects to talk to its dampers electronically. Fit it and the Macan behaves like a coilover-equipped car should: damping response set by you, not by a control module guessing at road surface.

What this coilover does for your 2014-2026 Porsche Macan (95B)

Drop the ride height with the correct bump stroke set and the Macan’s centre of gravity comes down noticeably – the single biggest factor in how quickly this SUV can be provoked into rotation, and how easily that rotation can be caught again. Firmer, adjustable damping controls the body roll a heavy AWD SUV generates under lateral load, keeping the chassis flatter through the transition from grip to slide so the rear stays predictable rather than snapping. With PASM’s electronic control cancelled out, damping force stays fixed to what you set at the strut, not renegotiated by the car every time a sensor sees a bump – critical when you need the same response on entry, mid-corner and exit, run after run through a drift session. The result is a Macan that changes direction faster, holds a controlled angle longer, and recovers from a slide without the factory suspension’s softness working against it.

About the Drift Spec coilover

XYZ Racing developed the Drift Spec coilover specifically for drift competition, where the priority is body control through a high-speed slide rather than outright lap time. The design keeps the car’s body stable while it’s turning hard at speed, so the driver can hold a precise angle instead of correcting for a chassis that’s still moving underneath them. Ride height drops as part of the setup, and matching that drop to the correct bump stroke is what actually delivers the control gain – too little stroke and the car runs out of travel mid-slide, too much and the geometry goes soft. Damping is externally adjustable, letting you retune the balance between initiation and stability as tyres, track surface or driving style change. On a platform like the Macan, where mass and AWD grip work against easy rotation, that combination of lowered height, correct stroke and adjustable damping is what turns a heavy SUV into something that can be drifted with any consistency.

Fitment for the Porsche Macan 4WD (95B) (2014-2026)

Confirmed for the Porsche Macan 4WD, chassis code 95B, covering the 2014 to 2026 model years. This is the PASM-equipped variant, so the kit includes the cancellation kit required to disable electronic damper control before fitting XYZ Racing’s manually adjustable dampers in its place.

What buyers also search for

  • Porsche Macan 95B suspension upgrade built for controlled drift and grip-limited track days.
  • Porsche Macan 4WD coilover ride height drop matched to the correct bump stroke for stable rotation.
  • Porsche Macan PASM cancellation kit included for running externally adjustable coilover damping.
  • Porsche Macan Drift Spec damping settings that hold an angle through repeated slides.

Every Macan 95B leaves the factory set up for comfort, not for holding a slide – configure your Drift Spec build below to change that.

This suspension is designed for Drift race especially. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowing the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Top mounts included with your kit

Every XYZ Racing coilover kit ships with the upper mounts listed below for your exact chassis — no extra parts to source.

  • Aluminium top mountAluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
  • OE (factory) mount top mountOE (factory) mountOERetains the OEM (factory) upper mount — preserves the original ride comfort, noise and vibration behaviour for a stock-like feel.
