XYZ Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Porsche CAYENNE 4WD (E3) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2024-2026

The Cayenne E3’s factory PASM electronic dampers are tuned for comfort and towing, not for the sideways loads a drift car generates – which is exactly why this XYZ Racing Drift Spec coilover ships with a cancellation kit. That kit defeats the electronic damping control entirely, handing full authority over the ride to the coilover’s own valving. It matters more on a 4WD SUV than on almost any other coilover swap, because a Cayenne is carrying well over two tonnes through a slide, not the lighter mass of a typical rear-drive drift car.

Drift Spec is XYZ Racing’s line for exactly this scenario: not a track-day compromise, but a coilover set up to hold the body at an angle rather than resist it. On the Cayenne E3 that means keeping the nose and tail settled while the car is committed sideways at speed, so the driver is managing the slide itself rather than fighting unwanted body movement on top of it.

What this coilover does for your 2024-2026 Porsche CAYENNE 4WD (E3)

Fit this kit and the first thing you notice is the drop in ride height, paired with a real change in roll behaviour. Get the bump stroke set correctly and the body roll that would otherwise unsettle a heavy 4WD chassis mid-slide is controlled before it starts. The coilover takes over the job PASM used to do, except now the damping is set for sustained lateral load rather than everyday comfort, so the Cayenne stays flat and predictable as it transitions from one lock to the other. Because the cancellation kit takes the factory electronics out of the loop, there’s no software trying to soften the ride or second-guess the slide – the suspension answers only to the driver and the road. On a car this heavy, that consistency at the limit is what lets you hold an angle instead of snapping out of it.

About the Drift Spec coilover

XYZ Racing built the Drift Spec line around one job: keeping a car’s body composed while it’s being driven sideways at speed. The valving controls the chassis through high-speed rotation rather than just stiffening it, so the car settles into an angle instead of pitching or wallowing through the transition. Lowering the ride height is part of the setup, and getting the bump stroke right is central to how the kit behaves – too little travel and the car bottoms out mid-slide, too much and the unwanted body movement comes straight back. Dial that balance in on the Cayenne and the difference in how the car holds its line under power is immediate. This isn’t a fast-road or track-day tune wearing a different label – it’s built specifically around controlling a car sideways, which is why the cancellation kit for the electronic dampers is supplied alongside it: the factory PASM system was never designed to be told to do this.

Fitment for the Porsche CAYENNE 4WD (E3) (2024-2026)

This kit is specced for the Porsche Cayenne 4WD, E3 generation, covering the 2024 to 2026 model years, and includes the cancellation kit needed to disable the factory electronic damping so the coilover can take full control of the ride. Confirm your Cayenne is the E3 chassis before ordering – the electronic damping cancellation is wired specifically for this generation’s PASM system and won’t suit an earlier Cayenne platform.

This suspension is designed for Drift race especially. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowing the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.
