XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — Porsche 991 GT3 (without hydraulic lift system) 2013-2019

The 991 GT3 arrives from Zuffenhausen with a suspension package most manufacturers would reserve for a race programme – PASM-equipped, geometry developed through extensive Nürburgring testing, and spring rates that already exceed what most aftermarket kits offer for lesser 911 variants. Owners who fit aftermarket coilovers to these cars are not correcting a weakness. They are stepping into territory where sustained lap consistency, precise corner-entry balance, and the ability to adjust for different circuit layouts matter more than any fixed-setting compromise can deliver.

For the Porsche 991 GT3 (without hydraulic lift system), covering the 2013-2019 model years, the XYZ Racing Circuit Master coilover is built for exactly that level of use. It is circuit-focused and adjustment-oriented, tested by XYZ racing teams across international tracks rather than against a single benchmark, and calibrated around the 991 GT3’s specific demands on a coilover system.

What this coilover does for your 2013-2019 Porsche 991 GT3 (without Hydraulic Lift System)

Rear-engine weight distribution is the defining handling variable on any 911, and the GT3 amplifies that characteristic through its stripped-out mass reduction and wider rear track. Spring rate decisions at the rear axle carry more consequence here than they would on a mid-engined or front-engined car: too soft and the car’s natural rotation under trail-braking becomes excessive; too stiff and you trade mechanical grip on the kerbed circuit exits that define GT3 lap times. With 9,720 possible adjustment combinations delivered through three independent control knobs, the Circuit Master allows front and rear damper behaviour to be set separately and with genuine granularity. Ride height reduction lowers the roll centre, and on a rear-weighted platform that reduction has a direct, measurable effect on lateral grip balance and corner-entry stability. Damper internals are calibrated for extended track sessions, maintaining consistent behaviour across multiple stints rather than drifting as temperatures build.

About the Circuit Master coilover

Positioned alongside XYZ Racing’s dedicated Racing Spec, Drift Spec, and Tarmac Rally configurations, the Circuit Master is the competition-oriented option within the XYZ range – developed and validated by XYZ racing teams across international circuits. The three-knob adjustment architecture generates 9,720 discrete settings, a level of granularity that reflects how significantly circuit requirements differ from one venue to the next. Each knob uses a small oil-passage design to control damper fluid flow through large suspension inputs; through substantial kerbs or significant road imperfections, that passage geometry can produce a minor valve noise, which is a characteristic of the design rather than a fault. On circuit surfaces, where tarmac condition is consistent and predictable, the characteristic is inconsequential. The Circuit Master makes no concession toward road comfort: the specification is for drivers whose primary context is the track.

Fitment for the Porsche 991 GT3 (without Hydraulic Lift System) (2013-2019)

This kit is confirmed for the Porsche 991 GT3 under chassis code PO17, covering both the 991.1 generation (from 2013, 3.8-litre) and the 991.2 generation (from 2017, 4.0-litre) through to the close of 991 GT3 production in 2019. The fitment applies specifically to GT3 variants without the factory-optioned front axle hydraulic lift system. Cars equipped with Porsche’s HLS have a different front strut configuration at the top mount; if your car carries the lift system, this specification does not apply.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
