The JC Cosmo is a two-tonne grand tourer riding on a twin-turbo rotary and a chassis that was never asked to deal with broken surfaces. Spring rates are chosen specifically for gravel and broken-tarmac work rather than circuit use, with longer damper travel than the Circuit Master or Super Sport variants to absorb stage hits without bottoming.

Construction is full-threaded body with pillowball top mounts where the OEM hardware allows, camber plates on the front struts, and stainless lower mounts to survive the underside abuse rally cars take. The kit ships with the spring rates XYZ specifies for this chassis – you can revalve and respring later if a competition setup demands it, but the baseline is dialled for a Cosmo’s mass.
