The settings are drawn directly from XYZ Racing’s own Top Sport competition programme, then dialled back enough to remain civil on a B-road. For a heavy, four-wheel-drive grand tourer that’s the right philosophy: enough rate to discipline the body, enough travel and absorption to keep the contact patch honest when the surface gets ugly. Height is adjustable independently of preload, so corner-weighting an F06 to compensate for the xDrive transfer case bias is actually achievable.
