XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — BMW 4 SERIES F82 M4 (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2014-2020

The F82 M4 left the factory with Adaptive M suspension and a rear axle that breaks into oversteer the instant you load it up – traits that make the coupe a natural drift platform but a maddening one to hold at big angles when the electronically controlled dampers keep second-guessing your inputs. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover for the BMW 4 Series F82 M4 removes that variability and hands you a fixed, mechanically adjustable setup built specifically for competitive drifting.

This is the version that ships with the cancellation kit for the electronic damping, so pulling the OEM EDC struts won’t leave a suspension fault glowing on the cluster. In their place you get manual authority over ride height, bump stroke and damping – the three settings that decide whether the M4 holds a clean line into a fast entry or pushes wide and scrubs the angle off.

What this coilover does for your 2014-2020 BMW 4 Series F82 M4

On a chassis as stiff and as nose-led under braking as the F82, body control is what separates a tidy transition from a snap. The Pro Racing Drift Spec keeps the shell settled through high-speed direction changes, so the rear stays predictable as you commit to angle rather than stepping out faster than you can catch it. Three separate adjustment knobs let you set ride height, bump and rebound independently, so you can drop the car for weight transfer while keeping enough usable stroke to put power down on corner exit. With the EDC signal spoofed by the canceller, the S55’s torque arrives at a rear end that behaves the same way every lap, not one the factory software keeps softening mid-slide.

About the Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover

This kit is engineered around one job: drift. The design is aimed at keeping the body stable through high-speed cornering so the driver can carry and hold a clean angle, and the geometry rewards a lowered ride height set up with the correct bump stroke – get that right and the controllability the platform offers becomes obvious. Adjustment runs through three knobs, and the damper internals use a small oil-hole passage; over large bumps the oil is forced through that narrow route, which can produce a faint noise. That is normal behaviour, not a fault. The hardware is built for circuit surfaces, where the bumps you meet on track pose no concern for the setup.

Fitment for the BMW 4 Series F82 M4 (2014-2020)

Built for the F82 M4 coupe, chassis code BM92-C, across the full 2014 to 2020 production run. This listing is the cancellation-kit variant, intended for cars fitted with the factory electronic damping control so the OEM EDC can be removed cleanly. Confirm your chassis code and build year against the spec before configuring.

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
