XYZ Racing Top Sport Coilovers — BMW 4 SERIES F32 4/6 CYL (excl. M-Technik. xDrive & EDC) (Modified Rear Integrated) 2013-2026

The F32 4 Series carries its weight differently to the saloon it’s built from: a longer, lower coupe body sitting on factory dampers tuned for comfort rather than composure, so the nose floats under trail braking and the rear squats hard out of tighter turns. On cars built without M Sport adaptive damping or xDrive, that softness is baked in from the factory – there’s no electronic damper to switch off, just standard-rate springs and shocks doing an average job at everything.

The XYZ Racing Top Sport coilover kit for the BMW 4 Series F32 (2013-2026) replaces that compromise outright. It’s built for drivers who want a car that still rides properly on the way to the circuit but stops wallowing the moment the pace picks up, whether that’s a track day or a hard-driven B-road.

What this coilover does for your 2013-2026 BMW 4 Series F32

Fit the Top Sport kit and the F32’s body control changes immediately: spring rates lifted around 2kg/mm over the factory setting, paired with 30-50% more damping force, keep the nose from diving into corners and stop the rear squatting away from you on the exit. Uneven surfaces – broken tarmac on a B-road, a kerbed apex on track – get absorbed instead of transmitted, so the chassis stays settled rather than skipping across the surface. That extra damping also does the less obvious job of controlling the shock body itself under repeated hard inputs, which is what keeps the rear tyres loaded and gripping instead of hopping mid-corner. For a 4- or 6-cylinder F32 without xDrive to fall back on, that added rear-end traction is the difference between power going down cleanly and wheelspin on the way out of a tight radius.

About the Top Sport coilover

XYZ Racing’s Top Sport line sits above the brand’s street-oriented kits, set up directly from the settings XYZ’s own team runs in track-day and race use. Spring rates and damping are both stepped up from a standard road coilover – roughly 2kg/mm firmer springs or a 30-50% increase in damping force, depending on which end of the car is doing the work – specifically so the suspension can absorb the impact of broken pavement and big compressions without the body kicking sideways afterwards. The target is tyre contact: by controlling the shock body through a hard hit, the kit keeps the contact patch loaded and the car stable instead of skipping across the surface. That produces a chassis that holds its line through a corner rather than needing mid-corner correction. It’s a kit built around track day and aggressive road driving, not a show-car drop kit dressed up in racing language.

Fitment for the BMW 4 Series F32 (2013-2026)

This kit is specced for the F32-generation BMW 4 Series, chassis code BM100, built 2013 to 2026, covering both four- and six-cylinder engines. It’s built for the modified-rear-integrated mounting arrangement and excludes M-Technik-equipped, xDrive four-wheel-drive and EDC adaptive-damper cars, which use a different setup. Check your car’s exact spec against these exclusions before ordering.
