XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — BMW 3 SERIES F80 M3 (Modified Rear Integrated) 2014-2018

The F80 M3’s S55 twin-turbo straight-six puts down enough torque to unstick the rear axle the moment the surface changes, and on loose gravel or snow that happens constantly. This is where a road-biased coilover runs out of ideas: it was never built to soak up repeated big hits without the oil cooking and the damping fading away just when you need it most.

The Pro Racing Gravel/Snow kit takes a different approach entirely. It’s built around longer travel front and rear, giving the F80’s chassis a genuinely bigger window to move in before the suspension runs out of stroke on a compression or a landing.

What this coilover does for your 2014-2018 Bmw 3 Series F80 M3 (modified Rr Integrated)

The extended travel is the headline change on your F80 M3, but the more important spec sits underneath it: a larger reservoir of suspension oil and nitrogen gas than a standard road or track coilover carries. On a rally or rallycross stage that means fewer, bigger hits back to back rather than one smooth lap, and it’s exactly the kind of repeated abuse that overheats a conventional damper’s oil until the valving stops doing its job. With more fluid volume to absorb that heat, the shock keeps its damping characteristics deeper into a stage instead of going soft on the fourth or fifth big compression. Combined with the extra travel, the rear axle on this modified-RR-integrated F80 has more room to manage a mid-corner bump or a snow-packed rut without slamming into the bump stop, which matters when the S55’s power is trying to break traction the instant weight shifts.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

This is a damper built specifically for rally and rallycross use rather than adapted from a circuit-track design. The longer front and rear travel exists to give the car a bigger buffer against sudden surface changes, keeping the platform stable when the road disappears from under one wheel. The larger oil and nitrogen charge is the other core piece of the design: more fluid mass carries heat away for longer, so the shock resists the temperature spike that comes from sustained hard use over a stage rather than a single flying lap. Adjustment is handled through 3 separate knobs, each metering through a deliberately small oil passage. Driving through larger bumps at speed, that restriction can produce a faint noise as oil moves through the smaller aperture – that’s the valving doing its job, not a fault. The kit is built with circuit and stage-style abuse in mind, so bump-induced noise on rough sections is expected rather than a sign of an issue.

Fitment for the Bmw 3 Series F80 M3 (Modified Rr Integrated) (2014-2018)

Fits the BMW 3 Series F80 M3 with modified rear integrated setup, chassis code BM104, covering the 2014 to 2018 model years. Confirm your car matches the modified-RR-integrated specification before ordering, as this fitment is distinct from the standard F80 M3 rear end.

This is a stage-built setup for an F80 M3 that needs to survive gravel and snow, not just lap a circuit – configure yours below.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

  • Hardened rubber top mountHardened rubberRHardened rubber upper — firmer than the factory bush for tighter response while retaining road-friendly noise and vibration isolation.

Rear

  • Aluminium top mountAluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
