XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — BMW 3 SERIES F30 4/6 CYL (excl. M-Technik. xDrive & EDC) (Modified Rear Integrated) 2011-2026

The F30 3 Series was never built to shrug off a rutted forestry stage or a snow-packed hairpin, and that’s exactly the gap this Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover is built to close. Where a road or track coilover chases stiffness, this one is built around suspension travel – longer stroke front and rear so the chassis has somewhere to go when the surface drops away underneath it.

For an F30 running rally or rallycross duty, or simply covering ground where the tarmac ends, that extra buffer distance keeps the platform settled instead of pattering and skipping over compressions the way a shorter-travel setup would.

What this coilover does for your 2011-2026 Bmw 3 Series F30 4/6 CYL (excl. M-Technik. xDrive & EDC) (Modified Rr Integrated)

The 4/6-cylinder F30 carries its weight low and forward of the driver, and on loose surfaces that mass wants to keep travelling after the front wheels have already changed direction. Longer-travel damping gives the suspension the room to absorb a compression event rather than transmitting it straight into the chassis, which is what keeps the rear axle settled through a rutted corner instead of stepping out unpredictably. The increased suspension oil and nitrogen gas volume matters here too: on a stage or a long gravel run, a shock working hard for minutes at a time builds heat, and oil that overheats loses damping consistency exactly when you need it most. Extending that fluid volume delays the point where the shock starts to fade. With three external adjustment knobs, you can bias the setup toward a snow-covered road one weekend and a proper gravel stage the next without swapping hardware – useful on a chassis that, in this excl. M-Technik/xDrive/EDC specification, is already running the simpler suspension geometry these dampers are calibrated around.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

This is a damper built specifically for rally and rallycross use rather than adapted from a circuit part. The defining feature is extended travel at both ends, giving the car a bigger buffer to absorb compressions before the suspension runs out of stroke – the difference between a wheel that tracks a rutted surface and one that skips across it. XYZ Racing has increased the internal suspension oil and nitrogen gas capacity specifically to manage heat: more fluid volume means the oil temperature climbs more slowly under sustained hard use, which protects consistent damping across a full stage or a long snow run rather than just the first few corners. The three adjustment knobs use a small oil hole design for fine control at low and high speed damping; on rough surfaces this can produce a faint noise as oil passes through the smaller passage, which is a normal characteristic of this build rather than a fault. It’s a unit designed to work with bumps rather than fight them, which is precisely the brief on loose or broken surfaces.

Fitment for the Bmw 3 Series F30 4/6 CYL (excl. M-Technik. xDrive & EDC) (Modified Rr Integrated) (2011-2026)

Built for the F30-chassis 3 Series (chassis code BM99) across 2011 to 2026, covering both 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder variants in the Modified Rr Integrated configuration. This spec excludes M-Technik, xDrive and EDC-equipped cars – confirm your exact trim before ordering to make sure the rear integration matches your car’s factory setup.

Spec your Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover for the F30 below and build yours to match the surface you’re actually driving on.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

Top mounts included with your kit

Every XYZ Racing coilover kit ships with the upper mounts listed below for your exact chassis — no extra parts to source.

Front

  • Pillow ball + rubber top mountPillow ball + rubberP+Pillow-ball upper with a rubber insert — adds steering precision and camber adjustability while keeping some of the factory mount’s harshness damping.
  • Hardened rubber top mountHardened rubberRHardened rubber upper — firmer than the factory bush for tighter response while retaining road-friendly noise and vibration isolation.

Rear

  • Aluminium top mountAluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
