The G87 M2 carries its S58 twin-turbo straight-six over a 1,725kg kerb weight, and under hard braking or aggressive turn-in that mass pitches through a chassis that was already tuned firm from the factory. The XYZ Racing Circuit Master coilover for the BMW 2 Series G87 M2 replaces the factory electronically damped struts with a fully mechanical, adjustable platform built for sustained circuit lap-time work rather than road-comfort compromise.
Where the standard M Adaptive suspension splits its damping character between Comfort and Sport modes, this kit is set up for one job: holding the nose and rear axle settled through a full circuit session as track temperature and tyre grip change lap by lap.
What this coilover does for your 2023-2026 BMW 2 Series G87 M2
On the G87 M2, front-end grip under trail-braking is often the first limit a driver feels – the car is wide and heavy, and stock damping lets the nose float slightly as load comes off the front axle mid-corner. The Circuit Master’s separate compression and rebound circuits, spread across roughly 9720 damping combinations via three external knobs, let you firm up front compression to keep the nose planted into the apex without stiffening the rear into instability on exit. Ride height adjustment independent of spring preload means you can lower the car’s centre of gravity for track days and still keep the arch gap sensible for road use in between. On the rear, where the M2’s power delivery loads the axle hard on corner exit, the added damping range gives you a way to manage weight transfer as the S58 finds boost, rather than letting the axle unload and re-load unpredictably.
About the Circuit Master coilover
Circuit Master sits at the top of XYZ Racing’s range, built specifically around circuit driving rather than fast-road comfort. The damper uses three external adjustment knobs feeding a shared oil circuit, giving roughly 9720 individual combinations of compression and rebound so the car can be set up for a specific track, tyre or driving style instead of one generic curve. XYZ’s own competition teams have run this damper internationally, and the valving reflects that background – it favours consistency under repeated heat cycling over outright plushness at low speed. Because the fine-adjustment mechanism routes oil through a deliberately small passage, you may hear a faint noise from the damper over sharp bumps or kerbs; that is a by-product of the adjustment resolution, not a fault, and it has no bearing on how the damper behaves on a circuit surface.
Fitment for the BMW 2 Series G87 M2 (Modified Rr Integrated) (2023-2026)
This kit is built for the G87-generation BMW 2 Series M2, chassis code BM128-1, covering the 2023 to 2026 model years. The rear application uses XYZ’s modified, integrated rear mounting to work directly with the G87’s factory multi-link rear end.

Every G87 M2 fitment comes with the same 9720-way adjustment range built in – pick your spring rate and configure the rest of your spec below.
Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
Top mounts included with your kit
Every XYZ Racing coilover kit ships with the upper mounts listed below for your exact chassis — no extra parts to source.
Front
Pillow ball + rubberP+Pillow-ball upper with a rubber insert — adds steering precision and camber adjustability while keeping some of the factory mount’s harshness damping.
Rear
AluminiumAAluminium upper mount — a stiff, lightweight housing that locates the damper precisely and resists flex under load.
