XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Porsche 991 GT3 RS (without hydraulic lift system) (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2016-2026

The 991 GT3 RS left the factory on PASM adaptive dampers tuned for smooth circuit tarmac, which is exactly the wrong starting point the moment you point one down a gravel stage or a snow-covered hillclimb. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover replaces that electronic setup with a long-travel, loose-surface damper built to keep a rear-engined Porsche planted where the standard car runs out of suspension.

This version is configured for the GT3 RS without the hydraulic front lift, and includes a cancellation kit that deletes the electronic damping signal so the dash stays clean once the OE PASM struts come out. It sits at the rally and rallycross end of the XYZ Racing range, not the tarmac track spec – longer stroke, more oil, more gas, aimed at surfaces that would wreck a circuit setup.

What this coilover does for your 2016-2026 Porsche 991 GT3 RS

With the rear-biased mass of the 991 sitting behind the axle line, loose surfaces punish a short-travel setup – the back steps out the instant a wheel drops into a rut. The added front and rear stroke here gives a bigger buffer distance, so the car settles over crests and compressions instead of skipping across them. The enlarged oil volume and extra nitrogen charge hold damping force steady through a long stage, where a smaller damper would heat its oil and go vague. Three separate adjustment knobs let you split the damping to suit gravel grip one weekend and packed snow the next. The result is a GT3 RS that puts its 4.0 flat-six’s drive down on surfaces the standard PASM car simply cannot use.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

The Pro Racing Gravel/Snow is XYZ Racing’s dedicated rally and rallycross damper, engineered around long suspension travel at both ends. That extra stroke creates a larger buffer distance, which is what keeps a car composed when it is being thrown across uneven ground at speed. Internally it carries a greater volume of damper oil and a larger nitrogen gas charge than a circuit unit, a deliberate choice that stabilises the shock and stops the oil overheating and fading after sustained hard use – the failure mode that ends most loose-surface runs. Adjustment runs through three separate knobs for independent control of the damping curve. Those knobs use a small oil-hole design, so over large impacts you may hear a faint noise as fluid moves through the narrow passage; that is normal valving behaviour, not a fault. This is a coilover built to be abused on gravel, snow and rough stages rather than billiard-smooth asphalt.

Fitment for the Porsche 991 GT3 RS (2016-2026)

This kit is specified for the 991 GT3 RS, chassis code PO13-C, covering the 2016 to 2026 year span. It is the variant for cars without the hydraulic front-axle lift system, and the supplied electronic damping cancellation kit handles deletion of the factory PASM control. Confirm your car matches the no-lift configuration before ordering.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
