XYZ Racing Pro Rally Coilovers — Nissan MARCH K12 2002-2010

The K12 March weighs barely over a tonne, and that featherweight kerb mass is exactly why a gravel stage punishes its standard struts so fast – the torsion-beam rear steps out the moment grip vanishes under snow or loose surface. The XYZ Racing Pro Rally coilover is built for that environment: top-flight rally competition on gravel and snow, where wheel travel and damper survival matter far more than tarmac stiffness.

This is not a fast-road lowering kit in disguise. It is a competition suspension for the Nissan MARCH K12, offered in the two installation forms rally crews actually run – one that bolts to the original chassis, and one set up for a car whose body has already been modified for stage work.

What this coilover kit does for your 2002-2010 Nissan MARCH K12

Fit the Pro Rally coilover to your 2002-2010 Nissan MARCH K12 and the first thing you notice is authority over the rear axle. The long-travel damping keeps the inside wheel loaded over crests and ruts instead of skipping, so the little March tracks where you point it rather than washing wide. On snow, the added compliance lets the tyres find bite before the chassis snaps into lift-off rotation. Ride height and corner balance are adjustable, which counts for a lot on a sub-tonne car where a few kilos of preload visibly shifts the handling. The outcome is a March you can lean on across a loose surface without the suspension running out of stroke.

About the Pro Rally coilover

The Pro Rally is XYZ Racing’s gravel and snow competition suspension, a different animal from its tarmac coilovers. XYZ build it in two distinct specifications. The first, the amateur configuration, installs directly onto the original K12 chassis with no bodywork changes – the route for club and privateer crews. The second, the professional configuration, is meant for a car body already modified to accept a full competition setup, giving more travel and mounting freedom. Both are engineered around the realities of loose-surface rallying: large damper stroke, terrain that constantly loads and unloads the wheels, and the abuse of repeated stage impacts. Choosing between them comes down to how far your March build has gone.

Fitment for the Nissan MARCH K12 (2002-2010)

This kit is specified for the Nissan MARCH K12, covering the 2002 to 2010 production run. It suits the K12 chassis in standard form for the amateur installation, or a body-modified shell for the professional version. Confirm which configuration matches your car before ordering.
