XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — Honda ACCORD CV 2018-2026

The tenth-generation Accord CV is a 1.5-tonne front-driver with a long wheelbase and a wide track, and on stock dampers it leans on its outside-front tyre under load in a way that pulls lap times apart by the third or fourth flying lap. The Circuit Master is the answer when an owner has stopped pretending the CV is a saloon and started treating it as a circuit car.

Built on XYZ Racing’s competition-spec damper platform – the same architecture sitting under their Drift Spec and Tarmac Rally kits – the Circuit Master is engineered for sustained lap-time work, not the occasional B-road blast. It is the kit you fit when you have a calendar of trackdays and you want the car to feel the same on lap twenty as it did on lap two.

What this coilover does for your 2018-2026 Honda Accord CV

Tied down on a Circuit Master, the CV stops rolling onto its outside-front shoulder mid-corner and starts loading all four contact patches the way the chassis was always capable of. Turn-in sharpens noticeably, mid-corner attitude becomes adjustable through the throttle rather than fixed by understeer, and the long wheelbase that makes the Accord feel inert on stock suspension becomes a stability asset under heavy braking into a hairpin. With 9720 adjustment combinations on tap through the three-knob design, you can separate low-speed body control from high-speed bump compliance and rebound recovery – which is the only way a heavy front-driver stops chewing its front tyres on a long lap. Brake confidence climbs because the nose stops diving onto the bump stops, and the back axle starts following the front instead of skating wide on corner exit. Ride height drops to a sensible track stance without binding the front geometry.

About the Circuit Master coilover

The Circuit Master is XYZ Racing’s flagship circuit-focused damper, developed and validated by XYZ racing teams competing internationally and refined across long-duration testing on permanent circuits. The headline number is 9720 ways of adjustment, accessed through three separate knobs – compression and rebound split across high and low speed – so a setter can isolate one axis of damper behaviour without disturbing another. The construction uses a small-passage oil design that holds damper rates accurate under repeated heat soak; the trade-off, by XYZ’s own admission, is a faint audible note when the damper is forced through a large bump at low oil velocity – a known characteristic of the architecture, irrelevant on a billiard-smooth circuit and the reason this kit is sold as a track tool rather than a road compromise. The same damper platform underpins the Drift Spec and Tarmac Rally variants in the XYZ catalogue, and the Circuit Master is the configuration tuned specifically for grip-driven, lap-time-driven use.

Fitment for the Honda Accord CV (2018-2026)

This kit is built for the tenth-generation Honda Accord on the CV chassis code, covering the full 2018 through 2026 production run. The fitment is direct-bolt to the CV-specific front strut and rear multi-link geometry – confirm your car’s chassis designation against the V-code on the door jamb before ordering if you are unsure.
