XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — BMW 6 SERIES E63 / E64 M6 2004-2010

The E63 M6 carries 1710kg over a long wheelbase with a 5.0-litre S85 V10 hung ahead of the front axle, and that mass is what defines every chassis decision you make on this car. The Circuit Master coilover for the 2004-2010 M6 is built for owners who have stopped pretending the standard EDC setup belongs anywhere near a circuit and want a platform that can sustain a full 20-minute session at Bedford or Snetterton without the front end giving up on lap four.

This is the top of the XYZ Racing ladder – the kit XYZ run on their own competition cars across Racing Spec, Drift Spec and Tarmac Rally programmes. It is not a fast-road compromise dressed in track-day clothing. The Circuit Master is the kit you fit when the M6 is going to see real heat, real kerbs, and real lap counters.

What this coilover does for your 2004-2010 Bmw 6 Series E63 / E64 M6

The Circuit Master gives the M6 the body control its mass demands. Three independent adjustment knobs separate high-speed bump, low-speed bump, and rebound, so you can run a stiff enough rear to keep the V10’s weight planted on traction events without the front becoming a battering ram over kerbs at Druids or Paddock. The 9720-position adjustment range means you actually have somewhere to go when the second set of tyres warms up and the balance shifts. Front-end response sharpens, mid-corner load transfer slows down, and the long wheelbase finally starts to feel like an advantage rather than a liability. Ride height comes down without nuking the geometry, the nose stops washing wide under trail braking, and the rear stops squatting through the throttle phase out of slow corners.

About the Circuit Master coilover

The Circuit Master is XYZ Racing’s circuit-spec damper, developed alongside the kits they run on Racing Spec, Drift Spec and Tarmac Rally cars in international competition. It has been tested by XYZ race teams worldwide on a long list of international circuits. The three-knob layout gives you 9720 distinct damping combinations across the high-speed, low-speed and rebound axes – enough range that the same kit covers a 1000kg time-attack hatch and a 1700kg V10 grand tourer. One characteristic worth knowing up front: the small-orifice design used to deliver that fine-grained adjustment can produce a faint hydraulic note when the damper is forced over large impacts. On a circuit surface that situation does not arise; on a broken B-road it occasionally does, and XYZ flag it as expected behaviour rather than a fault. This is a circuit-first damper, sold as such.
