XYZ Racing Gravel Rally Coilovers — Porsche 992 GT3 (without hydraulic lift system) 2021-2026

Rear-biased weight distribution is one of the 992 GT3’s defining characteristics, and on loose gravel that bias works in your favour: rear traction on sand and silt is abundant, and the front axle has the freedom to steer more aggressively than a nose-heavy layout allows. The XYZ Racing Gravel Rally coilover is developed to make that pairing function under stage conditions, providing the extended stroke and compliance that the GT3’s already-capable motorsport suspension cannot deliver on aggressive gravel roads.

This kit is specified for the 992 GT3 variant without the hydraulic lift system – the standard front geometry spec – across the full 2021-2026 model run. The factory dampers are built around smooth asphalt, kerb strikes, and predictable compression loads. Gravel is categorically more violent, and no OEM system is calibrated to absorb the combined loading of high-speed rough-road travel, loose-surface G-forces, and the 992’s significant rear mass in sustained compression.

What this coilover does for your 2021-2026 Porsche 992 GT3 (without Hydraulic Lift System)

The inverted tube construction reduces unsprung mass at each corner, sharpening the 992 GT3’s response through compressions and ruts where the stock unit would transmit shock directly to the body. Long-stroke dampers allow the rear axle to absorb the sustained vertical loading of a rough gravel section without losing surface contact, keeping the engine’s weight bias working for you rather than against you on high-speed bouncing roads. Spring rates have been validated against three distinct surfaces – sandstone, silt, and snow – each of which applies different impact and compliance profiles, and the settings reflect that breadth. Fitment is specific to the non-hydraulic-lift specification, ensuring geometry remains consistent with the intended ride-height envelope throughout the suspension travel range.

About the Gravel Rally coilover

Built around inverted tube architecture, the Gravel Rally unit positions the damper body high in the assembly to minimise unsprung mass and maintain wheel control across broken surfaces. Long stroke and extended springs are the core engineering priority: gravel rally cross conditions are among the most aggressive in motorsport, combining high-speed compressions, abrupt surface transitions, and extreme lateral G-forces through corners. The spring rate specification covers sandstone, snow, and silt – not as a checklist, but as three genuinely distinct compliance problems that each demanded a different answer during development. Spring rate settings across the range have been tested by a dedicated rally racing team, and the tuning reflects actual competition events rather than simulated bench data. This is a system designed for Rally Racing and Rally Cross, not a road coilover adapted with longer springs.

Fitment for the Porsche 992 GT3 (without Hydraulic Lift System) (2021-2026)

Confirmed fitment for the Porsche 992 GT3 carrying chassis code PO25, covering model years 2021 to 2026. This kit is specified for the variant without the hydraulic lift system; the lift option alters front geometry and requires a separate specification. Confirm the correct variant before ordering.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. In all racing events, road condition of Rally Cross is the most aggressive one. Hence, it means that the shock absorber is the most important utensil during the Rally gravel competition. We develop inverted tube design to meet each different road condition as sandstone, snow or silt. Long stroke and long spring which enable to absorb chassis vibration, aggressively attack from high speed bouncy road and bear extremely G-force when turning. All spring rate setting are tested by Rally Racing team.
