XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — BMW 3 SERIES G20 (2WD/4WD) 4/6 CYL 2018-2026

The G20 is a heavier, longer-wheelbase car than the F30 it replaced, and that extra mass has to go somewhere the moment you ask it to slide. Whether your car is a 2WD 330i/M340i or an xDrive variant with power split to the front axle, holding a controlled angle through a corner means managing weight transfer before it manages you.

XYZ Racing’s Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover is built around that specific job: competitive drifting on a circuit, not fast-road comfort. It lowers the G20’s ride height while keeping enough bump stroke in reserve to stabilise the body under load, and gives you three external adjustment knobs to shape how the car responds as you bring it sideways.

What this coilover does for your 2018-2026 BMW 3 Series G20 (2WD/4WD) 4/6 CYL

Drop the G20 onto this coilover and the first thing you notice is how much less the body rolls and pitches once you’re committed to an angle – the lowered ride height and properly set bump stroke keep the chassis flatter through the transition instead of letting weight pile onto the outside corner. That matters more on a 2WD 330i or M340i sending power through the rear axle alone than it does on a stock car, where soft factory damping lets the rear step out unpredictably rather than progressively. On the xDrive cars in this fitment, the same stabilised body control gives you a more consistent platform to work with as torque shifts front to rear. The three-knob adjustment lets you retune compression and rebound between a tight, technical circuit and a faster, higher-speed layout without swapping hardware, whether you’re running the 4-cylinder 320i/318i or the 6-cylinder 330i/M340i version of this chassis.

About the Pro Racing Drift Spec coilover

This is a coilover built specifically for drift competition rather than adapted from a fast-road spec. The valving and spring rate are set up to stabilise the car’s body during high-speed direction changes, so you can hold a clean, repeatable angle instead of fighting for it corner to corner. Get the ride height and bump stroke set correctly for your car and the difference in how the drift responds to steering and throttle input is immediately obvious. Adjustment is handled through three external knobs, each metering damping oil through a small internal oil passage – on rougher sections of a track this design can produce a faint noise as oil moves through that passage under compression, which is expected and not a fault. The unit is built for circuit track surfaces specifically, where consistent damping response under sustained lateral load matters more than filtering out road imperfections.

Fitment for the BMW 3 Series G20 (2WD/4WD) 4/6 CYL (2018-2026)

Fits the G20-generation 3 Series, chassis code BM106, across the 2018-2026 production run. Covers both 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engine variants, and both 2WD (330i/M340i) and xDrive drivetrain configurations within that fitment.

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
