Caliper render for this kit:

The S235 Crown Crossover carries Toyota’s E-Four rear electric motor and sits well over 1,700 kilograms in hybrid trim, a combination that makes front-axle braking demands much heavier than the car’s crossover silhouette suggests. The hybrid system handles light-pedal deceleration through regenerative braking, but under hard application the front friction brakes take the full load, and that is where the stock setup’s thermal limits show up fastest.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit is built specifically for the front axle. It supplies a matched pair of front calipers and two-piece floating discs, with three pad compounds that let the setup match the Crown’s actual use rather than defaulting to a single grade that suits neither commuting nor spirited driving.
What this brake kit does for your 2023-2026 Toyota CROWN CROSSOVER 4WD
On the S235 the front brakes do disproportionate work: the E-Four’s rear motor recovers energy at light-to-moderate pedal pressure, but once you call for serious deceleration the front friction pads bear the majority of the load. The hollow-vane two-piece disc draws heat off the friction face faster than the solid OE rotor and lets the iron ring expand against its alloy bell without coning, raising the thermal ceiling at the front axle for greater pedal consistency through the repeated hard stops a car this heavy demands on a motorway or a fast hillside route.
Sport is the natural fit for most Crown Crossover owners, with more progressive bite than the road default and without the cold-temperature penalty that makes a full track pad awkward on UK roads. Street stays the quiet, low-dust choice for everyday use. For owners who take the Crown onto track days, Racing holds temperature more consistently when the brakes are worked hard in succession. The included calipers come painted in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, or Anodized Black at no extra cost, turning a functional upgrade into something visible through the S235’s alloy spokes.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
The caliper is a hollow-body forging as standard, and the kit is structured around a three-tier pad compound system rather than a single fit-all approach. Street keeps an OE-adjacent pedal character with low dust, well suited to a hybrid where regenerative braking handles most everyday deceleration. Sport raises the temperature threshold and sharpens bite for fast-road use without needing a warm-up phase. Racing is a harder formula that reaches its best once heat is in the system, appropriate for sustained track use but not for cold UK commuting. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, and the centre bell can be upgraded to a two-tone anodized finish in five colours or to titanium when you order. Beyond the included painted colours you can specify any Pantone as a Custom Color for £150, a premium polished-forged Titanium, Polished Gold, or Polished Silver, or a candy Teal, Blue, Red, or Orange. Serious track users can add the optional Hollow Racing caliper, rated to 1000C with no dust cover and a two-year warranty.
Fitment for the Toyota CROWN CROSSOVER 4WD (S235) (2023-2026)
This kit is specified for the Toyota Crown Crossover 4WD (S235) produced from 2023 to 2026. The S235 designation identifies the hybrid 4WD Crossover body. Confirm your chassis code before ordering, as the Crown sedan and Crown Sport share adjacent year ranges but differ in front brake architecture, and this kit is matched to the Crossover variant only.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
