XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — BMW 4 SERIES F33 4/6 CYL (excl. M-Technik. xDrive & EDC) 2013-2026

The F33 convertible carries genuine extra mass over its F32 coupe sibling – the folding hardtop mechanism sits high and aft of the rear axle, and the body loses some of the torsional stiffness a fixed roof provides. On track, that shows up as body flex through fast direction changes, exactly where a circuit-focused coilover has to do more work than it would on a standard 4 Series. XYZ Racing’s Circuit Master kit for this 4/6-cylinder, non-M-Sport, rear-drive F33 (2013-2026) is built for that job: sustained lap-time sessions where the chassis needs both roll control and adjustment range to compensate for the drop-top’s extra weight.

Circuit Master is XYZ’s dedicated track kit, not a fast-road compromise. On the F33 that distinction matters – this platform’s added ballast means spring rate and damping decisions carry more consequence than on the coupe, and the kit is specced firm enough to control that mass without turning the ride into a liability between sessions.

What this coilover brings to your 2013-2026 BMW 4 Series F33

Fitted to a 4/6-cylinder F33, the Circuit Master kit tightens body control through the sections where the convertible’s extra roof weight and softer shell would otherwise show up as float or lag on turn-in. The damper’s 9720-way adjustment range means you can start conservative for an out-lap and firm up rebound as the tyres come in, rather than living with a single compromise setting all day. Ride height adjustment lets you correct the nose-heavy stance four- and six-cylinder F33s carry and bring the centre of gravity down without resorting to spacers or cut springs. Because the kit is specced for the non-xDrive, non-EDC car, there’s no factory electronic damping to fight or disable – the mechanical adjustment is the only adjustment, which is exactly what you want when setting up for a specific circuit rather than a general road-going ride.

About the Circuit Master coilover

Circuit Master sits at the top of XYZ Racing’s range, developed and run by XYZ’s own racing teams on international circuits rather than built to a road-comfort brief first. Each damper carries three external adjustment knobs feeding a claimed 9720 combinations of compression and rebound, giving a genuinely wide window to match the kit to a specific track, tyre compound, or driving style rather than picking between a handful of preset stages. The internals use a small-orifice oil-passage design to hold that adjustment precision – XYZ notes this can produce a faint noise over sharp bumps and kerbs, which is a by-product of the tight tolerances rather than a fault, and isn’t something you’ll notice at circuit pace, where the kit is actually meant to live. Construction and valving are aimed at repeated hard use over a race weekend rather than an occasional B-road blast, which is the point of putting a Circuit Master under a 4 Series rather than one of XYZ’s fast-road kits.

Fitment for the BMW 4 Series F33 (2013-2026)

This kit is specced for the F33 convertible, chassis code BM75-9, across the 2013-2026 model years, covering both four- and six-cylinder engine variants. It excludes M-Sport (M-Technik) suspension geometry, xDrive all-wheel-drive cars, and models fitted with factory Electronic Damper Control – confirm your F33’s spec against those exclusions before ordering, as the mounting points and geometry differ on those variants.
