XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow Coilovers — Porsche 992 CARRERA-2/S CABRIOLET (without hydraulic lift system) 2019-2026

The 992-generation 911 carries its flat-six slung behind the rear axle, and on loose surfaces that weight bias works in your favour – it plants the driven wheels precisely when grip is scarce. The XYZ Racing Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover is built for that world: gravel, snow, and rally-stage running in a Carrera 2 Cabriolet, where a rear-drive layout and a soft-top shell need long suspension travel to stay composed over broken ground. The 911 has a genuine loose-surface bloodline, from Monte Carlo to the modern Dakar, and this is the suspension that suits that brief.

This is not a track-lowering kit. It runs extended travel at both axles to absorb ruts, crests, and compressions that would bottom a circuit setup, and it backs that travel with a deeper reservoir of damper oil and nitrogen so the shocks hold their character when a stage works them hard for minutes on end.

What this coilover does for your 2019-2026 Porsche 992 Carrera-2/S Cabriolet

Lose the fixed roof and you lose torsional rigidity, so on a Cabriolet the suspension has to do more of the work of controlling body movement. The longer travel lets the wheels track the ground instead of skating over it, which is exactly what keeps a rear-engined Porsche pointing where you aimed it on gravel and snow. The larger oil and gas volume resists heat-driven fade, so the damping you set at the start of a run is still there later. Three separate adjustment knobs let you split bump and rebound, softening for deep snow or firming for hard-packed gravel without swapping springs. The "without hydraulic lift system" fitment matches cars that never carried the factory front-axle lift, so ride height lives on the platform itself.

About the Pro Racing Gravel/Snow coilover

XYZ Racing built this damper for rally and rally-cross duty rather than smooth tarmac. The headline change is travel: both front and rear gain length, creating a bigger buffer that keeps the car settled when the surface drops away beneath it. To support that, the design carries an increased charge of suspension oil and nitrogen gas, which steadies the shock under sustained abuse and stops the oil temperature climbing to the point where the damper gives up after long use. Adjustment runs through three knobs, giving independent control over the damping curve. A deliberate small-oil-hole design routes fluid through a narrow passage on big hits, so a faint noise over heavy bumps is normal behaviour, not a fault. The whole package is aimed at loose-surface and circuit punishment where impacts are part of the job.

Fitment for the Porsche 992 (2019-2026)

This kit is specified for the Porsche 992 Carrera-2 and Carrera-2 S Cabriolet, chassis code PO20, covering the 2019-2026 model years. It is the variant for cars built without the hydraulic front-axle lift system. Confirm your car matches that lift-delete spec before ordering.

This damper is mainly design for Rally Racing or Rally Cross. With longer travel for both front and rear, it increases bigger buffer distance to keep the car stable. The most advantages of this product is to extend the amount of suspension oil and nitrogen gas which can increase the stability of the shocks and prevent the shock oil temperature too high from being exhausted after long-term use.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
