Caliper render for this kit:

The XE30 IS 350 carries its 2GR-FSE V6 well ahead of the front axle, so under hard braking the weight pitches forward and the standard rear discs end up doing comparatively little work, right up until a track session asks them to shed real heat, and the back axle starts to glaze and lose bite. This XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit gives the rear of the Lexus IS 350 the thermal headroom to actually pull its weight, restoring balance to a saloon that hides its mass until you lean on the pedal from speed.
It is a rear-axle kit, designed to partner the matching front setup or to firm up a back end that has started fading on repeat stops. Pad compound runs from Street through Sport to a full Racing spec, so you can match the rear bite to how the car is actually used.
What this big brake kit does for your 2013-2026 Lexus IS 350 (XE30)
The first thing you notice is a firmer, more consistent pedal once the discs are working at temperature rather than sliding into fade. Larger two-piece rotors carry more heat capacity, which keeps rear stopping power stable through a string of hard braking zones instead of going soft halfway through a session. The vaned hollow disc trims rotating and unsprung mass at the rear, which helps the dampers keep the back tyres settled over kerbs and mid-corner bumps, and braided lines firm the pedal by removing OE hose swell. Stepping up to the Sport or Racing pad compound sharpens initial rear bite and raises the fade threshold, while the Street pad keeps things civil and low-dust for daily driving. Painted caliper colours, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black, are included, with a Custom Color and premium options to let the hardware match the build behind the wheels.
About the Hollow rear brake kit
This is the rear-position half of XYZ Racing’s hollow brake range, built to add heat capacity and pedal consistency without the deadweight of a heavier rotor, and supplied as a matched pair. The two-piece floating disc with a vaned hollow core is the headline: it reduces rotating and unsprung mass at the rear axle so the brakes shed heat and the suspension controls the wheel more cleanly. Disc faces are drilled or slotted at the same price. Three pad compounds are offered, Street for road use and low dust, Sport for fast-road and occasional track work, and Racing for sustained circuit abuse, letting you tune rear bite to the demands you put on the car. The caliper is a hollow-body forged unit as standard, with an optional Hollow Racing upgrade rated to 1000C and warranted two years for hard track use. Painted finishes span Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black, with a Custom Color in any Pantone and premium polished-forged and candy options for anyone matching a specific colourway. Engineered specifically for the rear of a nose-heavy rear-drive saloon, the kit is about restoring brake balance and resisting fade rather than chasing headline numbers on the front axle alone.
Fitment for the Lexus IS 350 (2013-2026)
This kit is cut for the XE30-generation Lexus IS 350, covering the 2013-2026 model span, and supplied as a matched pair. It is a rear-position fitment, intended to sit behind the standard or upgraded front brakes on that chassis. Confirm your exact build before ordering, then choose pad compound, disc style and caliper colour from the options when you order.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
