Caliper render for this kit:

The Range Rover SVR carries serious mass at serious speed, and its rear axle does more braking work than most owners credit. On a heavy, all-wheel-drive performance SUV the back contact patches load up hard under trail braking, on long downhill stops, and when you haul the car down from a motorway cruise, and that is exactly where standard rear discs start to complain. The XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Big Brake Kit answers that with a two-piece floating rear rotor with a vaned hollow core and a fixed caliper sized for the SVR’s weight.
This is a rear-specific upgrade built to manage heat rather than mask it. The hollow rotor strips rotating and unsprung mass from the rear of the car while opening more surface area to shed temperature, so the back end stays composed when you ask the brakes to work repeatedly rather than just once.
What this big brake kit does for your 2015-2018 Land Rover Range Rover SVR
On the road you get a firmer, more progressive pedal and shorter, more repeatable stops from speed. The Street compound suits everyday SVR driving with quiet, low-dust manners; the Sport compound steps up initial bite and heat range for fast-road and towing duty plus the occasional track day; the Racing compound is there for owners who take this SUV onto track or fast hill routes and need the rear brakes to survive back-to-back heavy applications. Because the vaned hollow rotors run cooler than a solid factory disc of equivalent size, the rear pads and discs hold their friction characteristics deeper into a hard drive. That keeps brake balance front and rear predictable on a 2-tonne-plus car, where unexpected rear fade is what unsettles the chassis. Braided lines firm the pedal by removing OE hose swell.
About the Hollow Rear Big Brake Kit
The kit is built around a two-piece floating disc with a vaned hollow core that removes material from the rotor to cut rotating weight, while retaining the thermal mass a heavyweight performance SUV needs to stay out of fade. Reducing weight at the wheel hub also takes load off the rear suspension, which sharpens response over poor surfaces. It pairs the rotor with a matched fixed caliper for even pad loading and a consistent pedal, and ships as a matched pair for the rear axle. Disc faces are drilled or slotted at the same price. Pad compound is your choice of three: Street for daily use, Sport for harder fast-road work, and Racing for track and competition duty. The caliper is a hollow-body forged unit as standard, with an optional Hollow Racing upgrade rated to 1000C and warranted two years for serious track use. Painted finishes are Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black at no cost, with a Custom Color in any Pantone, premium polished-forged Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver, and candy Teal, Blue, Red and Orange to match your build.
Fitment for the Land Rover Range Rover SVR (2015-2018)
This kit is mapped to the Land Rover Range Rover SVR built between 2015 and 2018 and fits the rear axle. It is a rear-specific big brake kit, so it can be run on its own or paired with a matching front setup. Confirm your build year falls inside the 2015 to 2018 span, then set your pad compound, disc style and caliper colour from the options when you order.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
