Caliper render for this kit:

The Range Rover Sport SVR makes no modest demands of its front brakes. Over 2.2 tonnes of kerb weight, a supercharged 5.0-litre V8 pushing 550 bhp to all four wheels, and an adaptive chassis that actively encourages confidence all arrive at the front axle the moment you touch a pedal that already carries more load than almost any other production SUV sold in the UK.
This front big brake kit for the 2015-2018 SVR addresses the thermal ceiling factory rotors reach during sustained hard use. Whether you run fast-road miles in the Scottish Highlands or a track day at Bedford Autodrome, the hollow-vane disc keeps rotor temperatures manageable across repeated braking events, and three pad compounds, Street, Sport, and Racing, match the bite characteristics to how the car actually lives. The kit is supplied as a matched pair of front calipers and two-piece floating discs.
What this brake kit does for your 2015-2018 Land Rover Range Rover SVR
The SVR’s adaptive dynamics and electronic active differential let it carry genuine corner speed, which compounds the braking load on the front axle far beyond what the standard Range Rover Sport encounters. Hollow-vane disc construction improves heat dissipation relative to conventional vented discs, extending the point at which bite fades during sequential hard stops, directly relevant whenever the SVR is driven with intent rather than restraint. Sport raises the temperature window for sharper initial bite; Racing moves it higher still for track environments where pad and rotor cycles are much shorter; Street is the quiet, low-dust default. Caliper colour is included in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, or Anodized Black at no extra cost, so the hardware sits behind the SVR’s large-diameter alloys with the same deliberateness as the rest of the car. Custom Color matches any Pantone for £150, with premium polished-forged finishes in Titanium, Polished Gold, and Polished Silver, and candy finishes in Teal, Blue, Red, and Orange.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
The hollow-vane disc at the heart of this kit departs from a conventional vented rotor in a specific way: rather than relying solely on a fin array between two swept faces, the hollow construction encloses a more complex internal geometry that manages airflow and minimises mass simultaneously. On a vehicle over two tonnes, reducing unsprung rotating mass at the front axle feeds into steering weight and front-end response, a meaningful gain on the L494 platform where the air suspension already works hard to keep the nose composed mid-corner. The two-piece floating disc lets the rotor expand cleanly under heat, and braided lines keep the pedal firm. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard, with a Hollow Racing upgrade for sustained high-temperature duty, no dust cover, rated to 1000C, two-year warranty. Pad compounds span three grades: Street for year-round use with occasional spirited driving, Sport for harder public-road work, Racing for sustained track temperatures. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, with two-tone anodized centre bells in five colours or titanium selectable at checkout.
Fitment for the Land Rover Range Rover SVR (2015-2018)
This front brake kit is confirmed for the L494-platform Range Rover Sport SVR across the 2015 to 2018 model years, covering the first SVR generation before the mid-cycle update. Verify your build date sits within the 2015-2018 window before ordering; trim and chassis specification changed across the production run and at the model-year boundary.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
