Caliper render for this kit:

Approaching 2.7 tonnes in standard configuration, the URJ201-generation LX 570 asks a great deal of its front brakes, more so when the vehicle is loaded, towing or carrying speed into an extended descent. The factory front brake specification handles ordinary use, but thermal headroom runs short quickly under sustained demand, and the pedal tells you plainly when it does.
The XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the Lexus LX 570 (2007-2015) takes that ceiling on directly. It is a single-axle upgrade: a matched left-and-right pair of front calipers and two-piece floating discs, with braided lines. The two-piece floating disc brings down rotating mass at each front corner, sharpening initial bite and reducing the thermal accumulation that causes fade during repeated heavy stops from motorway or fast A-road speeds.
What this brake kit does for your 2007-2015 Lexus LX 570
On a platform of the LX 570’s mass, braking is tied closely to load-transfer behaviour. A more responsive front brake, with sharper initial bite and better sustained performance, changes how the front axle settles under heavy deceleration and affects stability through the full braking phase. The hollow-vane friction ring of the two-piece disc carries heat off the friction face under repeated use. Three pad compounds, Street, Sport and Racing, cover the range the LX 570 typically sees: daily urban and motorway running, fast-road driving, and sustained descents loaded or unladen. Painted caliper colour is selectable from Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black at no extra cost, so the kit sits cleanly behind whatever alloy you are running.
About the front big brake kit
The two-piece floating disc is the defining engineering choice in this kit. Rather than adding material mass to achieve stiffness, the disc achieves its rigidity through geometry, keeping rotational and unsprung weight in check on a platform already carrying significant static load. The hollow-vane friction ring opens more surface area to airflow, and on the LX 570, where the front axle handles the bulk of braking effort and thermal build-up is the limiting factor in sustained hard use, that approach extends the performance window meaningfully. The caliper is a hollow-body forged unit as standard; for the most demanding sustained work you can step up to the Hollow Racing caliper, which loses the dust cover, is rated to 1000C and carries a two-year warranty.
Pad selection is consequential. The Street pad suits drivers using the LX 570 primarily as a daily-driven luxury SUV with occasional heavy demand. The Sport pad covers the mixed-use owner: fast A-roads, loaded motorway runs, mountain descents at pace. The Racing pad is the choice for genuinely demanding scenarios such as back-to-back heavy descents, timed events, or any sustained situation where factory fade resistance has already proved insufficient. Painted caliper colours, Red, Yellow, Gold, Black and Anodized Black, are at no extra cost, with any Pantone available as a Custom Color for £150, premium polished-forged finishes in Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver, and candy finishes in Teal, Blue, Red and Orange. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, with a centre-bell upgrade to a two-tone anodized finish in five colours or to titanium at checkout.
Fitment for the Lexus LX 570 (2007-2015)
This kit is developed for the URJ201-generation Lexus LX 570 across the 2007 to 2015 model-year span and fits the front axle as a left-and-right pair. The front brake geometry remained consistent across this range despite a cosmetic refresh in the early part of the decade. Owners of late-build 2015 vehicles should verify their build date falls within the covered specification before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
