XYZ Racing Circuit Master Coilovers — Volkswagen GOLF MK6 φ50 (Cancellation Kit for Electronic Damping) 2008-2012

The Mk6 Golf’s electronic damping control (DCC) reads road surface and driver input to vary bump and rebound in real time – useful on a factory setup, but it actively fights a fixed manual coilover. This Circuit Master kit is built specifically to bypass that conflict, giving the car a coherent mechanical damping platform instead of two systems arguing with each other.

For a Mk6 running hard circuit sessions – repeated heat cycles, sustained lateral load, kerb strikes at the apex – that consistency matters more than any electronic adjustment ever could. This is a track-focused kit: the goal is repeatable behaviour lap after the first one, not a soft commute.

What this coilover does for your 2008-2012 Volkswagen GOLF MK6

With the DCC cancellation hardware fitted, the Mk6’s front strut and rear multi-link geometry respond to a single, predictable damping curve instead of a computer-managed one. That removes the hesitation you’d otherwise get when the stock DCC module tries to soften or firm the ride mid-corner while a fixed-rate coilover is already doing its own thing – the car settles instead of fighting itself. The 9720-way adjustment range built into the Circuit Master damper means you can run the front end firm enough to control the nose-heavy Golf’s dive under braking into a hairpin, then back off compression for a bumpy circuit surface without changing springs. Ride height drops through the threaded body, lowering the centre of gravity and sharpening turn-in on a chassis that, in standard form, carries more roll than its front-drive layout ideally wants for track work. Ownership of that damping curve – rather than deferring to DCC’s factory logic – is the entire point of running this kit on a car built for electronic damping in the first place.

About the Circuit Master coilover

Circuit Master sits at the top of XYZ Racing’s range, built for circuit and competitive use rather than fast-road compromise. It’s tested through XYZ’s racing teams across international circuits, and the 9720-way adjustment count comes from three separate adjustment knobs working through a small-oil-hole damper design – enough range to tune compression and rebound independently for a given track’s surface and corner mix rather than accepting one fixed compromise. That small-passage oil routing can produce a faint noise over big bumps or kerbs; it’s a by-product of the fine adjustment resolution, not a fault, and circuit surfaces rarely present the kind of bump input that triggers it. The monotube-style construction is sized for sustained lap sessions where heat build-up degrades a lesser damper’s consistency lap after lap. This is the version of the Circuit Master platform built specifically to work with the Mk6 Golf’s electronic damping system removed from the equation, so the adjustment range you dial in stays exactly where you left it.

Fitment for the Volkswagen GOLF MK6 (2008-2012)

This kit is built for the Volkswagen Golf Mk6 (chassis code VO17-C), covering the 2008 to 2012 model years, specifically for cars fitted with electronic damping control (DCC) from the factory. The cancellation hardware included is what allows a fixed-rate Circuit Master coilover to replace the DCC struts without the dash throwing faults or the system attempting to interject.

This is the best design, on the competitive version such as Racing Spec, Drift Spec, Tarmac Rally. This is the ultimate boutique for racing in many international athletics tracks, and test for a long time. This is for purchase handling high performance and the essential partner in different racing. Circuit Master Damper is tested through XYZ racing teams all over the world. 9720 ways of different adjustments can meet all customers’ needs and win the 1st place in every race.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.
