Construction is steel-bodied with a hard-anodised aluminium lower bracket, T6-grade aluminium spring perches, and SAE 9254 cold-wound springs. Camber plates are included on the front axle where the strut layout permits, allowing the front geometry to be re-set after lowering. Each kit is built to order, pre-assembled, and shipped with the spring rates specified for the R230’s mass distribution rather than a generic application.
