XYZ Racing Pro Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Mercedes-Benz C CLASS COUPE C204 6 CYL 2011-2014

The C204 coupe’s six-cylinder nose is heavier than the four-pot cars in the same range, and that extra mass over the front axle is exactly what catches drivers out mid-slide – the car wants to push wide the instant you ask for a bigger angle. XYZ Racing’s Pro Racing Drift Spec kit is built around that specific problem, giving the front and rear enough independent control to hold a big angle rather than just survive it.

This is not a fast-road coilover wearing a drift badge. It is a chassis tool for stabilising the C204’s body through high-speed transitions, so the angle you commit to is the angle you keep, not one that decays the moment the rear steps further than planned.

What this coilover does for your 2011-2014 Mercedes Benz C Class Coupe

Drop the ride height correctly within the kit’s bump stroke and the C204’s roll centre and body control both tighten up, which is what lets you hold a controlled slide angle instead of fighting constant correction. The three adjustment knobs give you separate control over compression and rebound, so you can firm up the rear to help initiate rotation while keeping the front compliant enough to catch the car cleanly. Because the internals are tuned around big, repeated direction changes rather than single hard hits, the C204’s heavier six-cylinder front end settles faster after each transition instead of continuing to pitch. On a C-Class coupe built for grand touring rather than sideways work, that settling speed is the difference between a clean run and a spin.

About the Pro Racing Drift Spec

XYZ Racing designed this range specifically for drift competition rather than adapting a road or circuit coilover for the job. The core of the system is a small-oil-hole valving design behind the three external adjustment knobs, which lets you fine-tune how the coilover reacts as the car’s body moves through a slide rather than just how stiff it feels sitting still. Because the oil passages are deliberately narrow, you may hear some noise from the damper when the car crosses bumps at track pace – that’s the valving doing its job, not a fault. The kit is built to run at a lowered ride height within its designed bump stroke, which is where the geometry and damping are calibrated to work together. It’s engineered for circuit-track drift use, where the surface is generally smoother than a public road and the damper’s small-passage design isn’t fighting pothole-scale hits.

Fitment for the Mercedes Benz C Class Coupe (2011-2014)

This kit is built for the C204-chassis C-Class Coupe with the six-cylinder engine, covering the 2011 to 2014 model years. Confirm your build matches the C204 6-cylinder coupe specification before ordering, as the chassis code and engine variant both affect coilover geometry.

This suspension is especially designed for Drift racing purpose. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowering the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.

Because its 3 adjustment knobs with small oil hole design, when driving through big bumps, the coilover oil will go through small passage which might cause some small noise. This is normal situation. This product is made for circuit tracks and there will be no concern for bumps on the tracks.

Top mounts included with your kit
