XYZ Racing Drift Spec Coilovers — Chrysler 300C 4WD 2005-2010

The Chrysler 300C 4WD carries its Hemi-fed weight low and forward on a long LX-platform wheelbase, so getting the best part of two tonnes of American saloon to break loose, hold an angle, and recover cleanly is the actual engineering problem here. XYZ Racing’s Drift Spec coilover is built around managing that body movement through the transition, not simply stiffening the ride for a firmer feel.

This is the spec for owners sliding a car this size on purpose rather than chasing fast-road comfort or a circuit lap time. The valving and geometry are set up for sustained yaw control and a held angle, not for maximising mid-corner grip.

What this coilover does for your 2005-2010 Chrysler 300C 4WD

Fitted to a 2005-2010 300C 4WD, the Drift Spec coilover’s job is keeping the saloon’s body settled the instant you unstick the rear and load the front axle through a transition. Damping is tuned to check the pitch and roll a heavy LX-platform car generates under sudden weight transfer, so the chassis stays predictable as you hold an angle instead of lurching from lock to lock. Dropping the ride height as part of this kit also lowers the car’s centre of gravity, which matters more on a 300C than on a lighter chassis: less mass being thrown around means more of your steering and throttle input actually reaches the angle you’re aiming for, rather than being soaked up by body roll.

About the Drift Spec coilover

XYZ Racing built the Drift Spec line specifically around competition drifting, rather than adapting a fast-road or circuit coilover to the job. The valving is calibrated to keep the car’s body stable through high-speed direction changes, which is what lets a driver hold a consistent, repeatable angle instead of fighting chassis movement mid-slide. Ride height is brought down as standard, and the bump stroke is matched to that lowered position so the suspension still has somewhere to go when the car loads up hard on entry, rather than running out of travel and upsetting the balance you’re trying to hold. The aim is a chassis that behaves the same way each time you ask it to rotate, which is what a judged line demands.

Fitment for the Chrysler 300C (2005-2010)

This kit is built for the Chrysler 300C 4WD, chassis code CR01-1, across the 2005-2010 model years covered by this platform generation. It’s specced against the 4WD driveline layout rather than the rear-wheel-drive 300C, so confirm your car is the all-wheel-drive variant before ordering.

This suspension is designed for Drift race especially. With its special design, it helps the racers stabilize the vehicle body while in high speed turning in order to make a perfect angle. It can also enhance drifting performance. After lowing the ride height with proper bump stroke, you will realize how we made the drift controlling to the excellent condition.
