Caliper render for this kit:

The XP150 VIOS is a featherweight B-segment sedan, and that low kerb weight is exactly why its standard single-piston front calipers run out of ideas so quickly under repeated heavy braking. This XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the Toyota VIOS 1.5 (XP150) swaps that undersized factory arrangement for a larger rotor and a stiffer multi-piston caliper, giving the front axle thermal headroom it never had as standard.
It is aimed squarely at the use these cars actually get in 2026: grassroots circuit days, autocross, and the one-make Vios racing that keeps the chassis busy across Asia. A matched pair of front calipers and discs, with three pad compounds, lets the kit be set up for a daily commute or a hard Sunday on track.
What this big brake kit does for your 2014-2026 Toyota VIOS 1.5 (XP150)
On a car this light, a front big brake kit changes how the VIOS behaves long before you reach the limit. The larger rotor and two-piece floating disc trim rotating and unsprung mass at each front corner, sharpening turn-in and letting the steering settle faster over broken B-road surfaces. The bigger swept area and multi-piston clamp hold a firmer, more consistent pedal as the discs heat up, so the bite you feel on the first stop is still there several corners later. Run the Racing compound and you get the higher friction and fade resistance hard track use needs from the front axle; stay on the Street compound and the kit keeps quiet and dust-light for the commute, with Sport sitting between the two for fast-road work. Either way, trail-braking into a tight hairpin becomes a far more predictable affair.
About the Front Big Brake Kit
XYZ Racing builds this front big brake kit around an oversized two-piece floating rotor and a hollow-body fixed multi-piston caliper that mounts to the VIOS front hubs in place of the sliding factory unit. The floating disc cuts rotating mass while keeping a generous swept area for heat to shed between stops, and the floating bell manages thermal expansion. Discs are available drilled or slotted at the same price. Three pad compounds cover how owners really use these cars: a Street compound for quiet, low-dust daily running, a Sport compound for fast-road work, and a Racing compound built for the temperatures a circuit session forces through the front axle. The fixed-caliper layout spreads clamping force more evenly across the pad than a single sliding piston, which is what delivers the firmer, more linear pedal. Painted calipers are included at no cost in red, yellow, gold, black or anodized black, with a Custom Color in any Pantone at £150 and premium polished-forged titanium, polished gold or polished silver plus candy teal, blue, red and orange; centre bells upgrade to two-tone anodizing in five colours or titanium, and a Hollow Racing caliper rated to 1000C suits the hardest track use. The kit can hide behind the wheel or show off through an open spoke design.
Fitment for the Toyota VIOS 1.5 (XP150) (2014-2026)
This kit is cut for the XP150-generation Toyota VIOS 1.5, covering the 2014 to 2026 model years, and fits the front axle only as a left-and-right pair. It pairs the larger rotor and caliper to the standard VIOS front hub geometry. Confirm your exact build year and wheel clearance against the spec table before ordering, as a larger front rotor needs adequate room inside the wheel.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
