Caliper render for this kit:

The MCR30 Estima’s V6-powered mass, and the sustained thermal demand it places on the front brakes the moment you push the van with any intent, was never matched by the OEM hardware. Factory front discs on the MCR30 were specced for comfortable family transport, not the heat cycles generated by a loaded MPV arresting from motorway speed over and over.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the Toyota Estima MCR30 corrects that. Greater swept area, a matched pair of upgraded front calipers, two-piece floating discs, and a choice of three pad compounds build a front braking system proportionate to the vehicle’s real weight and capability.
What this brake kit does for your 2000-2005 Toyota ESTIMA MCR30
The front axle handles the majority of braking duty on the MCR30 platform, and the stock hardware reaches its thermal limits sooner than most owners expect. The hollow-vane two-piece disc dissipates heat faster than the solid factory rotor: the internal hollow vane structure reduces rotating and unsprung mass while retaining the thermal capacity a larger disc provides, and the floating construction lets the iron ring expand against its alloy bell without coning. Greater swept area delivers earlier, more progressive pedal feel from the first application. Three pad compounds let the system follow the car’s actual use rather than defaulting to a single compromise: Street is the quiet, low-dust road default, Sport adds bite and heat range for spirited driving, and Racing is the dedicated track compound.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
The caliper is a hollow-body forging as standard, and the two-piece disc carries hollow vanes through the rotor body rather than relying on cross-drilling or conventional radial slots, reducing rotating mass at the hub without sacrificing thermal capacity. The upgraded calipers clamp across a wider swept area than the standard MCR30 hardware, improving pad-to-disc contact distribution and cutting the uneven loading that causes judder after repeated stops. The included calipers come painted in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, or Anodized Black at no extra cost, a relevant choice on MCR30 builds where the front calipers sit visible through aftermarket wheels; beyond those you can specify any Pantone as a Custom Color for £150, a premium polished-forged Titanium, Polished Gold, or Polished Silver, or a candy Teal, Blue, Red, or Orange. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, and the centre bell can be upgraded to a two-tone anodized finish in five colours or to titanium when you order. The three pad compounds are selected at the point of order, and serious track users can add the optional Hollow Racing caliper, rated to 1000C with no dust cover and a two-year warranty.
Fitment for the Toyota ESTIMA MCR30 (2000-2005)
This front brake kit covers the Toyota Estima MCR30 across the full 2000 to 2005 model year range. The MCR30 is the V6-engined second-generation Estima, and the front hub geometry this kit is engineered around stayed consistent across that production window. Estima units imported to the UK as grey-import cars occasionally carry minor specification variations, so confirm your build date sits within the 2000-2005 range before ordering.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
