Caliper render for this kit:

The E120 Corolla has always asked a lot of its front axle. On a front-wheel-drive platform where the nose steers, drives, and absorbs the bulk of braking load, the front corners work far harder than the rears under any serious deceleration. Add a T-Sport’s 1.8 VVT-i, a car that was genuinely rapid for its class in the mid-2000s and is still quick enough to reward hard driving today, and the stock front brakes become a limiting factor sooner than most owners expect.
This XYZ Racing front big brake kit for the Toyota Corolla E120 covers 2002 to 2006 and supplies a matched pair of front calipers with two-piece floating discs. Three pad compounds let the brake specification match the conditions the car actually sees rather than settling on a single middle-ground compound.
What this brake kit does for your 2002-2006 Toyota Corolla E120
The hollow-vane disc runs cooler than a solid rotor under sustained hard braking because it moves air through the disc as the wheel spins, which matters when braking zones stack up on circuit or you are covering fast, hilly road at pace. On the E120’s front-heavy layout that thermal advantage translates straight into more consistent pedal feel and less fade as heat accumulates. The two-piece floating disc lets the iron ring expand against its alloy bell without coning, keeping the pad working flat. The three pad compounds sharpen the result further: Street is the quiet, low-dust road default; Sport adds bite and heat range for B-roads and the occasional track session; Racing is the dedicated circuit compound for cars run hard where disc and pad temperatures are tracked seriously. The included calipers come painted in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, or Anodized Black at no extra cost, integrating the hardware with the wider build rather than leaving bare cast iron behind the wheel.
About the Hollow Front Brake Kit
The caliper is a hollow-body forging as standard, and the two-piece disc uses an internal hollow vane pattern to route air through the disc mass and keep peak temperatures lower across repeated applications. The three pad compounds address meaningfully different heat envelopes: Street for road cars where braking events are well spaced, Sport for faster-paced use where heat builds over a drive, and Racing for sustained circuit sessions that demand consistent bite. Discs are offered drilled or slotted at the same price, and the centre bell can be upgraded to a two-tone anodized finish in five colours or to titanium when you order. The included painted finishes cover Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, and Anodized Black; beyond those you can specify any Pantone as a Custom Color for £150, a premium polished-forged Titanium, Polished Gold, or Polished Silver, or a candy Teal, Blue, Red, or Orange. For serious track use, an optional Hollow Racing caliper drops the dust cover, is rated to 1000C, and carries a two-year warranty.
Fitment for the Toyota Corolla E120 (2002-2006)
This kit is specified for the front axle of the E120-generation Toyota Corolla, covering the full 2002 to 2006 production run. The E120 platform spanned hatchback and saloon body styles across that period, so verify your specific trim variant’s hub and disc specification before ordering, as individual models within the range can differ. Only fitment data confirmed in the product specification is listed here.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 286–380mm (front). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
