Caliper render for this kit:

The Celica ST205 GT-Four was Toyota’s WRC homologation weapon, and its full-time four-wheel-drive system left it carrying more mass over the rear axle than the front-driven Celicas it shared a shell with. That weight, plus a turbocharged 3S-GTE happy to hold speed on a B-road, means the rear brakes do real work under trail-braking and on long descents, exactly where the standard setup runs short of heat capacity.
This XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit for the Toyota Celica ST205 (1994-1999) goes after that problem directly. It is a rear-axle upgrade built to keep braking performance together when the factory discs would be fading, supplied as a matched pair of rear calipers and two-piece floating discs, giving you a firmer, more repeatable pedal for fast-road driving and occasional track use.
What this brake kit does for your 1994-1999 Toyota Celica ST205
The first gain you feel is consistency. The two-piece floating disc strips rotating and unsprung mass from each rear corner, which sharpens how quickly the axle responds and eases the load on the suspension. Three pad compounds let you match the kit to how you drive: the Street compound for road manners and low dust, the Sport compound for harder fast-road stops, and the Racing compound for sustained heat on circuit. On an AWD car like the ST205, balanced rear braking matters more than most owners expect; it steadies the chassis on corner entry and stops the front axle shouldering everything. The payoff is a pedal that stays firm after repeated heavy stops rather than going long and vague.
About the Hollow rear brake kit
The Hollow Rear Brake Kit takes its name from its hollow-vane disc, a design aimed at cutting weight from the rotating assembly without surrendering thermal capacity. Less mass spinning at each rear wheel means faster heat shedding and reduced strain on the ST205’s hubs and bearings; the disc is two-piece and floating, with a lighter alloy bell. The caliper is hollow-bodied as standard, with an optional Hollow Racing upgrade that drops the dust cover, is rated to 1000C and carries a two-year warranty for sustained track work.
The kit is offered with a choice of three pad compounds, Street, Sport and Racing, so the same hardware suits a daily-driven GT-Four or a car that sees regular track time. Calipers come finished in red, yellow, gold, black or anodized black at no extra cost, with a Custom Color in any Pantone, premium polished-forged finishes in titanium, polished gold or polished silver, and candy finishes in teal, blue, red or orange. Discs are drilled or slotted at the same price, and the centre bell can be upgraded to two-tone anodized in five colours or titanium. Everything is sized for the rear axle specifically, working alongside the front brakes rather than overwhelming them, which keeps the car’s braking balance predictable. For a heavy four-wheel-drive turbo car increasingly driven hard by the enthusiasts keeping these homologation specials alive, that rear-axle headroom is the whole point.
Fitment for the Toyota CELICA ST205 (1994-1999)
This kit is built for the rear axle of the Toyota Celica ST205, covering the 1994 to 1999 GT-Four production run, and is supplied as a matched left-and-right pair. It is specific to the ST205 chassis, so confirm your car is the GT-Four ST205 rather than a front-drive Celica of the same era before ordering. Pad compound, disc style and caliper colour are all selected at checkout.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
