Caliper render for this kit:

At a kerb weight north of 1.8 tonnes, the Macan asks far more of its rear axle than its 2.0-litre four-cylinder badge suggests. The XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit for the Porsche Macan 2.0 (Type II) is built to manage that mass under repeated heavy stops, where the standard rear setup begins to soften on a long Alpine descent or a back-to-back run of track sessions.
This is the two-piece floating-disc rear kit, fitted as a matched pair, drilled to a 12-point, 8.0mm pattern that sheds rotating weight and clears gas and dust from the pad face. It suits owners who work the four-cylinder Macan hard on road and circuit and want the rear brakes to keep pace with whatever pad and front setup they run.
What this big brake kit does for your 2014-2026 Porsche Macan
On the road you feel it first as a firmer, more consistent pedal once the discs are up to temperature. The two-piece floating disc lowers rotating mass at each rear corner, taking a fraction of strain off the bearings and letting the discs recover quickly after a hard stop, while the floating mount holds the rotor true under heat. Three pad compounds – Street, Sport and Racing – let you match the rear to how the car is used, from a quiet commute to a circuit day where the rear axle is doing genuine work to settle the Macan into a corner. The 12-point, 8.0mm drilling keeps bite clean as temperatures climb, so the rear stays predictable when you trail the brakes deep into a turn rather than going wooden.
About the Hollow Rear Brake Kit
The kit replaces the rear discs and pads with XYZ Racing’s two-piece floating rotor. Drilling the swept face to a 12-point pattern at 8.0mm removes material from the disc, dropping unsprung and rotating weight while giving trapped gases and brake dust a path out from under the pad. Less rotating mass means the assembly heats and cools faster, which is what holds performance steady across repeated stops instead of letting heat accumulate with nowhere to go. You choose the pad compound to match the duty cycle: Street for everyday driving, Sport for harder fast-road use, and Racing for circuit work. Disc faces are offered drilled or slotted at the same price, and the centre bell can be upgraded to a two-tone anodized finish in five colours or to titanium. Calipers are finished in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a Pantone Custom Color for £150, visible behind the Macan’s open rear wheel designs, and an optional Hollow Racing caliper – no dust cover, rated to 1000C, two-year warranty – is available for hard track use.
Fitment for the Porsche Macan (2014-2026)
This kit is specified for the Porsche Macan 2.0 (Type II) across the 2014 to 2026 range, to the 12-point, 8.0mm rear disc pattern listed for the car. It fits the rear axle only and is designed around the four-cylinder 2.0-litre Macan. Confirm your exact build year and chassis variant against the fitment data before ordering so the disc and caliper specification matches your car.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
