Caliper render for this kit:

The R33 GTS 2WD was the sensible, rear-drive Skyline, lighter than the GT-R and softer in the braking department, with a rear axle that was never asked to haul down big speed repeatedly. Most surviving cars are a different animal now: RB swaps, more boost, more grip, and a driving style that leans hard on the rear through corner entry. This XYZ Racing Hollow Rear Brake Kit for the Nissan Skyline R33 GTS 2WD brings the back of the car into line with that reality.
The hollow-vane disc strips rotating and unsprung mass from each rear corner, exactly where an older RWD chassis like the R33 feels it, quicker to react and steadier under trail-braking. It is a rear-specific kit, supplied as a matched pair of left and right rear calipers and two-piece floating discs, so it pairs with a matching front setup or sharpens a car whose front brakes are already sorted.
What this brake kit does for your 1995-1998 Nissan Skyline R33 GTS 2WD
Fit it and the first thing you feel on the R33 is rear-end composure: the back settles under braking instead of going light, which counts most when you load the chassis into a corner or catch a slide. The hollow-vane discs shed heat and mass, so repeat stops keep their bite rather than fading to a long, soft pedal, and the two-piece floating construction lets the rotor expand evenly when it is hot instead of coning. Pad compound is your tuning lever: Street is the quiet, low-dust road default, Sport adds bite and heat range for B-road and occasional circuit work, and Racing is there for sustained track heat. Included caliper finishes are Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black at no extra cost, so the rear hardware reads as deliberate behind an open wheel.
About the Hollow rear brake kit
The Hollow rear brake kit is built around a lightened two-piece floating disc that removes material from the rotor body via hollow internal vanes, cutting rotating mass while keeping the swept area you need to manage heat. Less rotating inertia means sharper response and reduced load on the rear hubs and bearings of an ageing R33. It ships as a rear-axle pair with three pad compounds, Street, Sport and Racing, so the same hardware can be specced for a road car, a fast-road build or a track Skyline without swapping parts. Discs come drilled or slotted at the same price, and a two-tone centre bell in five anodized colours or titanium is selectable at checkout. Caliper bodies are included in Red, Yellow, Gold, Black or Anodized Black at no extra cost, with a Custom Color in any Pantone for £150, premium polished-forged finishes in Titanium, Polished Gold and Polished Silver, and candy options in Teal, Blue, Red and Orange. A Hollow Racing caliper is available for hard track use, with no dust cover, a 1000C rating and a two-year warranty. Each component is sized for this Nissan platform rather than adapted from a generic fitment, keeping bracket geometry and clearances honest for the R33 GTS 2WD.
Fitment for the Nissan Skyline R33 GTS 2WD (1995-1998)
This kit is cut for the rear axle of the Nissan Skyline R33 GTS 2WD built between 1995 and 1998, the rear-wheel-drive, non-GT-R chassis. Confirm your car is the 2WD GTS variant rather than a GTS-4 or GT-R before ordering, as the rear hardware differs across the R33 range.

Choosing your spec
Every kit is built to order around the choices you make above. Here is what each option actually changes, so you can spec yours with confidence.
Brake pads — Street, Sport or Racing
Every kit ships with a full set of high-performance pads; the compound is your call.
Street is the right default for fast-road driving — a strong, progressive cold bite with low noise, low dust and long disc life. Sport raises the working temperature and adds bite and fade resistance for hard road use and the occasional track day, while still behaving on a cold morning. Racing is a track compound built for sustained abuse: huge fade resistance and bite once heat is in it, at the cost of more noise and dust when cold. Match the pad to how hard you actually use the brakes — there is no benefit to a race pad that never gets up to temperature.
Caliper grade — Hollow vs Hollow Racing
Hollow is the standard caliper on every kit: a hollow-body forged caliper, lighter than a solid one, fitted with a dust cover and backed by a 5-year oil-leak warranty. For most fast-road and spirited track use it is all the caliper you need.
Hollow Racing is the track-grade upgrade. It runs the same hollow body but without a dust cover (so there is nothing to melt at sustained high temperature), uses a twin-metal piston that isolates heat travelling from the disc to the oil seal, and is rated to 1000°C. Available 330–356mm (rear). Warranty is 2 years on oil leaks and 10 years on appearance. Built for professional racing and repeated track days.

Caliper colour & finish
Painted colours (Red, Yellow, Gold, Black, Anodized Black) are included at no cost. Want an exact match to your car? Custom Color (+£150) paints the calipers to any Pantone code you supply (15–20 day lead time).
Polished Forged finishes are the flagship: a forged caliper given a mirror-polished surface treatment that shifts colour with the viewing angle. Beyond the looks, the polished surface dissipates heat better, resists rust and stands up to the weather. Choose Titanium (neochrome, +£350), Polished Gold (+£300) or Polished Silver (+£250). They look their best paired with a titanium centre bell. Care: clean only with a dilute neutral cleaner or water.
Candy colours (+£200) use a deep candy-paint and polishing process for a mirror-reflection, boutique finish — pick Teal, Blue, Red or Orange (shown below right).

Centre bells
The centre bell is the CNC-machined aluminium hat that joins the disc to the hub. The standard anodized centre bell is included. The Two-tone bell (+£200) adds an anodized accent ring — choose Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple or Silver right here at checkout. The Titanium centre bell (+£500) is a forged titanium bell (bolts not included) that finishes off the polished-forged look.
